I shopped online and via phone to find the vehicle in stock. I was given an extremely attractive price, and all the finance options (purchase, lease and finance) were priced well. It was a no brainer to purchase from Pepe. On delivery, our salesman, John, spent a long time with us setting up the car and helping us get familiar with the robust features.
Had a bit of a delay in getting my plates (I am in NJ, so there is some extra work required on the dealer’s part). They came through for me in the end.

We purchased a pre-​owned Honda Pilot from Rick Burton and we can’t say enough about the service he and the dealership, as a whole, provided us. I never really had an issue here until recently. I was very disappointed though that a service manager discussed with me a shifting bar issue with my Cadillac CTS4 2011 regarding it being stuck in gear (which is unsafe for any driver) as something that I can readily fix by just utilizing my parking brake! Another garage (Potamkin GM in Manhattan) addressed the problem for me and got the shifting bar changed for me.
The comment from the service manager at Pepe was something to the effect of how my warranty would almost expire (a non issue as it expires at end of May of this year) and he gave me pointers re to use my parking brake and etc however would not assist with getting it changed. Yes I do go to another garage because it’s closer to me. I have used Pepe and Potamikin GM. so really I didn’t understand why I was getting such a run around here.

paper work. i’ve been to a few chevrolet dealers but horrible experiences.
im a sales person too, and i know if the dealer trying to low ball you with fees.
sales man john gerardi takes time, not pushy, lay back, offers different deals to finalize the sale. my 1hr30min drive to white plains NY definately well worth it.
my wife (the boss) kim is happy with vehicle, im cool with it.
downside is that … it sucks that they only sells cadillac, otherwise i would of recommand friends & family.
keep up the goodwork.
hopefully oneday i can able to afford cadillac =)

When my husband and I were looking for a luxury-​feel SUV/​crossover we visited several dealerships including Mercedes, Acura, and Buick— in addition to Cadillac. The customer service at Pepe Cadillac was far & away the best. From the start, John Gerardi, our sales consultant, was warm & friendly, knowledgable — and not pushy. John never rushed us — and we felt like we were in excellent hands.
Let me say, though — that although exceptional, the great customer service alone would not have been enough to persuade us to buy the SRX. The car is incredible and we fell in love with it. We felt like we got a great value and a quality product — and that, along with the «family”-feel of the Pepe dealership sold us. i would highly recommend Pepe Cadillac.

I’ve had my 2009 Cadillac CTS4 serviced several times at Pepe Cadillac and each time Marc Chandler and Remo Balsamo continue to surprise me with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and overall friendliness; always ensuring that my car is properly maintained to the highest standards! In addition to Remo & Marc, the rest of the staff is ‘top notch’ — professional and courteous.
Lastly the new Pepe Cadillac dealership and service center is fantastic; I never hesitate to go there and always recommend Pepe to all of my friends and colleagues.

I have had such bad service here. I bought my Cadillac upstate and used Pepe for my service since the purchase. The first time they failed to fill any of the fluids other than the oil, although in the exit paperwork they were marked as complete. The irony is that my low wiper fluid light came on leaving the dealer. They took it upon themselves to change my vanity plate to their own without asking me. They made it right by next time offering a free detailing. The next time in I had some warranty work done there and I asked for a loaner. I received a parking ticket with the loaner and promptly paid it. For some reason Pepe got a notice of the ticket and without asking me, went ahead and charged my credit card. When I called the dealer to explain to them that I had paid the ticket they refused to remove the charges even though I showed them proof of payment. It was not until I threatened legal action that they finally relented. The final straw was when I called to set up a service appointment and never got a call back. Mark was my service rep and he is a good guy but I feel there is a culture of incompetence that no matter how good a job he does the place is just another dealer looking to profit at any expense. 5 star service? I imagine 1 star service must be reserved for dealers in Iran or something. Avoid at all costs.

I did not have a good experience with this dealership. The 3 «gentlemen» who greeted me did not seem to believe I had an appt. because the person wasn’t there. Once we got that straightened out (of course I did have an appt.), we moved on to the test drive for a $ 100 gift card. It seems that they had run out of the certificates, and again, they did not believe me when I said that the person on the phone did not advise me that offer was only good until «supplies run out». I just left and will not be buying a Cadillac anytime soon.
