Jim Norman, our founder and president, has been an appraiser since 1985. He began his appraisal career in the famous Silicon Valley of Santa Clara California, where he opened up his first appraisal company. In 1990, he and his wife Carol Hubbard, relocated the company to its current location in White Plains, New York where it resides. «Jim is completely committed to customer satisfaction.
