History

Established in 1992.

The New York School of Court Reporting was founded in 1992 by Stuart Auslander, a court stenographer who served over 30 years in Westchester County Superior Courts. The school is dedicated to preparing its candidates for entry into the rewarding careers of Court Reporting and Closed Captioning.

The ownership changed in 2014, with a focus on modernizing the curriculum and facilities, adding real-​time and offering online classes.
