I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Jaime L.

Business Owner

Formerly a stressed out accountant working in NYC, suffering from insomnia and IBS, Jaime decided that it was time to make her health a priority. After a lot of soul searching, she went back to school and received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach, transformed her health and quit her job to pursue her passion. She received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Her mission is to help support others through their own process of finding a healthy balance. Her Health Coaching Program offers ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. She will empower you to shift your behavior to develop lifelong healthy habits and a deep understanding of your bio-​individual needs.
