Why would I donate any funds to Leukemia & Lymphona Society (LLS) when 85% of the funds I might donate goes to support the call center contacting me and not LLS?
Answer: I wouldn’t. And neither should you.
As confirmed by employees working for their their contracted call center, the call center retains 85% of all collected donations as of 2014-​03-​12.

To add insults on top of that LLS and their service provider is refusing to honor request to stop sending SPAM.

For others looking to donate to LLS, as always you should give to the business or charity directly instead of donating via a outbound calling campaign call initiated from some contracted call center to you.
Tell the call center contacting you that you only donate to charities directly, and not via 3^rd parties. This will usually end the call.
Tell the call center contacting you to place your number on their Do Not Call List for any calls from their call center for any future purpose. This may eliminate future calls.
