We are a family run boutique wine and spirits shop focused on smaller producers and organic wines from around the world that focus on quality not quantity. We only bring in wine and distillates that we are truly passionate about.

History

Established in 2013.

The Gambelli family has a long history in the city of White Plains having operated Italian restaurants for over 50 years. Frank Gambelli started out by peddling sandwiches down Mamaroneck Avenue. He eventually quit his job as a shoe salesman. He then bought a small café, and called it the Chuck Wagon that eventually turned into six very successful restaurants in White Plains. The Gambelli’s have always had a strong passion for food, wine, and entertaining. John and Claudia Gambelli have owned Gambelli’s Foods, a family operated catering company for over 25 years. Gambelli’s Wine and Spirits opened its doors in May of 2013 and it has proven to be a new beginning for our family.

Main responsibility is to greet customers and help give personalized service. Manage all aspects of running the wine store from buying, marketing, events, organization, and bookkeeping.
