This place old and I set my expectations low. I ordered a Sicilian slice so my dad could use the bathroom which is in the back in the kitchen area.

Very good pizza. However, the two owners are not friendly and they really don’t care if the pizza slice they serve you is hot. Rather than to take the time to reheat a pie their worker will say«it just came out of the oven» Then there is the 40 year old RC cola machine, the only pizza parlor in the county without cans or bottles of soda. Why? $$$ that’s why.

Slipped into this tiny place for a quick slice, but what I got in return was a waste of money. I ordered a plain slice and a meatball and pepperoni slice, from the PILE of slices looking like they’d been cooked a week ago. This place does not accept debit cards, which you should always be wary of. It’s indicative of a place that likes to cut corners and doesn’t care about its patrons. After running to a nearby ATM, I returned to find my slices waiting on the counter for me. The man handled money and my pizza without washing his hands! Both slices were incredibly over cooked to the point where it was difficult to bite. But wait, somethings missing. There’s no spices, not even a smidgen of salt or pepper. Bland and disgusting. But thankfully they put Italian seasoning on the table instead of on the pizza. Unfortunately it doesn’t stop there. The meatballs were so dry and old that there had been obvious color changes to the meat. It is now gray and crumbling apart. Not like a tender meatball should, but rather like a PETRIFIEDROCK. Why is this meatball petrified, was it scared stiff by their other kitchen practices? Regardless, the meatball wasn’t talking, so I wasn’t about to gamble on it. You can find some nice photos of this meatball on the restaurants Unilocal page courtesy of me. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

I’m not a an authority on pizza but I know pizza in Westchester. Some places have a few good years, then go downhill. Some remain«eh.» Dom & Vinnie’s is in a class by itself. A shout-out to my dear hubby for taking me here while we were dating. The slices are HUGE yet incredibly delicious with that perfect crust. D & V’s cannot be improved upon. They’ve truly stood the test of time(over 20 years since hubby came here regularly as a WCC student), as did our union. Maybe it was the pizza. *wink*

Great pit stop for pizza. I love how it’s thin and super crispy. Their pizza comes in huge slices for $ 3(plain cheese) it’s as good as the ones I eat in the city!

This place is great but really needs to deliver. I don’t order from there as much as I would if they delivered.

Gross. Pretty sure the pizza they served me was made last week. Not to mention, the man handling the cash is also the one making the food. Watched him go into register and touch money and then back to the food. Completely disgusted. Took one bite and threw it away. Unsanitary. No gloves, whatsoever and no hand washing. Super gross never again.

Was working late. Had some down time and wanted to eat something quick. It was around 8pm and not sure what was open around elmsford. So looked at a map and saw dom and vinnie’s. I’d seen a feature on the place in Yonkers and it had good reviews so I tried this one around Valhalla. Got a slice of pepperoni, sausage and meatball. I’m not from New York but this was better than any slice I’ve ever eaten. The mozzarella was amazing. Everything was amazing. Crust, sauce, meats. I would highly recommend the pizza. Another cool thing is they have RC cola. Which is a thing in the south. So, giant slice of awesome pizza and medium RC was $ 5.75. I“ll be back a lot I’m sure. FYI, plain slice is $ 3 and they are open until 9:30.

Yes all the other reviews are correct about the aesthetics and lack of décor but none of that matters. Best slice I’ve had in Westchester. This is traditional old school NY pizza made with high quality ingredients. Thinner crust always crispy. Haven’t ever eaten anything else but the pizza.

This place is as good as it was when I took classes at WCC over 15 years ago. The go to pizza place for WCC students, Westchester Medical Center employees, and the like. You can get two huge regular slices and a small cup of RC(YESRC!) for $ 7.25. I’m not a garlic knot guy but every time I’m in there, someone ends up ordering them. No frills dining area,(do NOT sit by the door in the dead of winter) complete with pictures of Italy and the 1996 World Cup winning Italian soccer team. Mangia!

Decent pizza, better takeout than eat in. There’s not much to be said about it’s aesthetics. It’s a run down building with weeds growing at the foot of the building during the summers. The inside is bare, and has a few tables and seats. This is made to be a takeout joint more than a eat in. The pizzas are as good as those in NYC, and better than a few of those, but a warning is to ask what was freshly made, or to order your own pie. There are pies that have been sitting there for a while, if you purchase by the slice. Some of the calzones and such are also just sitting around waiting to be re-heated, and not sure how long they’ve been sitting around. Prices are fair. Service is friendly. It’s right off the highway, and ready for a quick bite. Cash only.

Oh no, definitely NOT good. The places looks dirty and is in desperate need of a remodel. The staff is horribly unfriendly and the same man who takes and touches your money is touching your pizza WITHOUT washing his hands. Do you know where that money has been?!! Additionally, a friend of mine found an arm hair(she hopes!) in her pizza. Oh no, definitely NOT good at all.
