Business Owner

David B. Lever, a graduate of Pace University School of Law, has zealously represented and fought for the rights of accident victims and consumers since his admission to the New York State Bar over 24 years ago. He has worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs (injured parties) and has never represented or defended the interests of an insurance company or corporate defendant.

He first began his legal career as an attorney at a prestigious New York City plaintiff’s firm before starting his own practice in White Plains, New York in March of 1994. From January 1996 through March 2014, David was the senior partner of the law firm Lever & Stolzenberg, LLP.

In April 2014 David formed the law firm, David B. Lever & Associates, PLLC. David is the firm’s top legal strategist and has been instrumental in obtaining many significant monetary awards for clients. He monitors many of the firm’s major cases and ensures that client lawsuits are aggressively litigated in order to maximize settlement
