History

Established in 2010.

Jenna Saidel Lebowich founded Cook Learn Live in 2010 after spending 15 years working in Human Resources management and as an HR consultant in the hospitality and fitness industries. As a cooking teacher and culinary nutritionist, Jenna combines her knowledge of food and nutrition, her culinary skills, and her background in training and development. She is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and holds an MS in Human Resources Development from Suffolk University. A member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Food and Culinary Professionals practice group, Jenna is currently working towards becoming a Registered Dietician.

Jenna feels that food should not only be good for us, but that it has to taste good and be a good experience as well. She believes in the benefit of getting the majority of nutrients need from whole, unprocessed foods, the way our bodies were meant to process them, and in eating seasonally and locally whenever possible.
