CityMD – White Plains

While visiting my parents in White Plains, I developed a nasty cough. Went to CityMed and was quickly seen. Doctor did the usual checking, ears, nose and throat and listened to my lungs. Ordered an X-​ray, no waiting for it to be done, and then immediately saw the doctor again. He diagnosed bronchitis and a prescription for antibiotics was faxed across the street to CVS. All services performed efficiently and thoroughly. Plus the facility is very clean and all the staff friendly and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Highly recommend!!!

I went to CityMD when I needed a timely, routine blood test. The facility was clean, professional and well staffed and the test result came back quickly and accurately. The problem with CityMD is that I’ve had ENDLESS problems trying to get reimbursed by my Flex Spending Account manager. This is because CityMD provides a generic receipt without standard diagnostic codes — there’s one entry that says ‘facilities charge’. The Indian company that manages my old companies FSA accounts won’t pay based on this generic description without codes. I’ve asked CityMD many times for a more specific receipt but they simply can’t and won’t provide any more detail. So now I’m stuck in the middle between Benefits Now and CityMD and neither will be flexible. I won’t go back to CityMD again for this reason. The convenience factor has been erased by months of fighting with their lazy billing department and BenefitsNow. In my view this is because CityMD lacks the infrastructure to support their scaling goals. I pay as a customer because of their lack of investment in proper systems to run the business.

Excellent. I have been here twice with my kids. Both times, I waited less than 5 minutes. The facility is clean and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. Best of all, you will see, as the name says, an MD!
Most other urgent care centers, you see a nurse or PA, or who knows? I hope I never have to go to an urgent care center but if I do, I will only consider one place. CITY MD!

Once again city MD to the rescue… just left with my husband who came in after work for a sinus infection .in and out… the Medical assistant Stephanie is a sweetheart… very nice staff… I love this place

I went in on Sunday with a horrible ear infection! What adult gets an ear infection? I was seen by Dr. Illuzzi right away. The staff was so nice. Offering me a bottle of water, calling me by my name, addressing my concerns.
Dr. Illuzzi got me out and to the pharmacy to pick up my Rx within 15 minutes. I didn’t feel that I was rushed. Felt he was thorough and addressed all my other medical issues.
He commented to me that I came all the way from Mamaroneck to there. I told him that I HATE Westmed! I have never had a good experience at their urgent care.
I wish you would open up a CityMD in Mamaroneck, Rye, Larchmont or New Rochelle!
I’ve been to the one in Forest Hills, NY and now here and every experience is great!

I injured my ankle while skiiing. I figured I should go back to CityMD. It took me literally less than 25 min to walk in, see the doc, get an x-​ray, and see the doc again. Beat that!

Stopped by for flu shot and was very pleased with my experience. Fresh and sparkling clean office, friendly and efficient reception, great care from Dr — I’ll be switching to CityMD White Plains for all my future Urgent Care needs.
