2D Cutting

The most popular application is the 2D waterjet cutting process. Our cutting head moves in X and Y axes, according to the outputs given by the CNC Motion Controller. This type of waterjet system is best for rapid production of many different types of parts from different materials. Important features include the water jet’s cutting speed, our machine can move at up to 300 inches per minute, and the number of parts to be cut, our machine is capable of dual-​head cutting of identical parts. Our table size is 72 inch x 144 inch. We can cut materials up to 4 inches thick.

Formed as a startup in October of 2005, we specialize in waterjet cutting of almost any materials.

Meet the Manager

Christian A.

Manager

Our GM is Christian A., he handles all sales, design and drafting. He oversees all daily office activities and processes. Self taught on all CAD software we implement, he is highly proficient and able to meet all of PWCS’ customer’s requirements and see to their continued business relationships. He also designs, and maintains the Precision Water Cut website. Christian has been with the company from before day one.
