ChemDry of Longview was purchased in 2007 by Aaron Florczykowski to serve the needs of Longview, White Oak, Kilgore, Gilmer, Gladewater and the surrounding areas of East Texas’ floor cleaning needs. The ChemDry brand was established over 35 years ago and has grown to over 2500 franchises worldwide.

Business Owner

Aaron Florczykowski worked for a ChemDry franchise in high school and was impressed by the quality and supremacy of the cleaning products. After moving from New York to Florida where he met his wife Amanda they settled in East Texas in 2006 to be near family. They have three children: Jackson (5), Cashton (4) and Ashlynd (1 month!). Aaron has a BS in Theology and Humanities and was a youth pastor for 4 years prior to owning ChemDry of Longview. Aaron purchased ChemDry of Longview in 2007 when it came up for sale already knowing the cleaning system and benefits. Aaron and Amanda have since added two additional businesses to compliment ChemDry of Longview: ChemDry of Tyler and Cloud Commercial Cleaning (Commercial Janitorial).
