XFINITY Store

I have been to this location twice and bob times have had superb experiences. The wait is never long and the customer service is how all businesses should treat their customers. I have been to other locations and none have been as welcoming and efficient as this location.

Worked with Keith today. Never had such great, efficient customer service from Comcast. This guy needs to be promoted.

I have to say, these stores are the best parts of xfinity. I don’t like their service, nor do I like how they do their pricing, but the customer service here is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and they make the walk in experience very easy. I wish the customer service on the phone was just as great or even close to what they offer in store.

After a weeks worth of calling customer service and a total of 9 hours spent on hold I am still unable to get a comcast representative into my home for connectivity. I have been lied to on 3 occasions, driven to a service center to pick up equipment that was sent to the wrong address, been promised 7 call backs from supervisors and other departments (1 of which actually called back), had 3 service appointment no shows and all together unsatisfactory customer service for a week.

This 2 star rating has nothing to do with my service. That’s fine. But we have an ORANGE WIRE that goes from the front of my house, across my sidewalk and about 50 ft across the grass. Children AND adults have tripped. Just tonight a little girl tripped and fell flat on her face. I was told someone will be out here to bury the wire September 5!!! WHAT??? It was installed in early July. REALLY???

When receiving my equipment the staff I encountered were awesome individuals. When returning to pay my first bill not so much. I am aware I can pay it online or by mail; however, I pass the building on my way home. One particular rep with distinct red extensions seemed to speak to me as if I could not comprehend. In the middle of explaining what happens with your first bill she stops and not just greets a customer but completely helps that individual who had just walked in and leaves me standing there. She directed me to the kiosk and said I’ll be over. Of course she did do so. The issue was the amount on the screen was more than the bill I received. I wanted to know why I was being charged more. I took a seat on the floor near the kiosk and pulled out my cell phone and accessed my account online and managed to figure it out. Usually when things like this happen I no longer patronize a business because adults should know how to wait their turn and employees should know how to provide customer service in this industry. She could have greeted the customer and said I’ll be right with you instead of completely disregarding my presence. From now on I’ll ask for another rep and hope for a more positive experience.

If you are looking for inept people, this is the place to come! A group of hyenas could do a better job!

Nightmare. I’m here on a Thursday at 1pm:
It’s like going to DMV and waiting and waiting and waiting til you are called as employees stand around LOOKING busy behind a computer screen with zero customers in front of them, moping around like turtles. Employees should be moving more than I am, just saying.
The irony is the saying on the wall; «so fast, you’ll feel the wind in your hair» as I type this.

The customer service staff are very friendly but their system for returns or to get new equipment is lacking takes forever. I have waited to ask a question about bill for over a hour. To exchange my dvr a hour and half one time. Need a better system

Went here to return my equipment since I was moving. You sign in at the iPad and go to the waiting area where they have screens to let you know what number you and how many are ahead of you. Once you are called, the service station number shows up by your name and you go to the rep at the desk. The rep who helped me was very helpful and friendly. She got me a receipt for all my returned items and closed my account with no issues. Overall the BEST customer service experience I have had with Comcast besides my initial sign up. Who knew.

When I came here at 5 p.m. to return my cable box I expected to wait in a long line and to deal with disgruntled Comcast employees. Wrong! It looks like they remodeled the place (I had been here years ago and it was very different). I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.
Unbelievable!
