My company has been fighting Rogue Disposal for about a year now. We have been in business and hauling for about 15 years doing what we do. Now we acquired a new contract, which was Rogue’s and now they are trying to strong arm us, following my drivers and videotaping what we do to try and shut us down. Anyone wanting more info please let me know.

I hate it when a business/company knows they have their customers trapped because they have no direct competition… They show no interest in providing sincere customer service, or the ability to do anything other than the absolute minimum of «service» that they supposedly provide… Rogue Disposal should take lessons from So Oregon Sanitation on how to provide great service that often displays the personal and sincere treatment and appreciation for their customers that they severly lack at Rogue Disposal…

Continually impressed with the recycling operation as well as the ease of getting in and out of the facility. Also impressed that they are part of the Jackson County Master Recycler program and helping to spread the recycling word. Keep up the good work!

Already I wonder WHY this company doesn’t have any competition??? Took 2 weeks to get them to deliver a recycling bin. Hey, we’re only a mile down the road., what’s the hurry right?

A great big fail in this company’s attempt to brand itself as green. They have traditionally sent out calendars showing recycle pickup days — this year they claim they’re not doing it to save paper. But they’ve announced this in at least two consecutive mailings using heavy cardstock to tout their environmental consciousness. The paper used for their propaganda now equals the size they would have used to send out the calendars. Now one will be able to print out a calendar from the internet — except for those who don’t have or use computers, and who will now be less likely to recycle. The paper the consumer uses to print out this calendar will almost inevitably be larger than the original calendar. Other than that, well, the company does pick up the garbage normally. But for the above nonsense — I’ll have to say BOO! BOO! BOO! January 2011 — Ayyyyy… now they’ve sent out yet another card with this propaganda. So they are getting further out of hand. Fire whoever thought of this nonsense! Call this company and complain.
