Thank you for choosing Pezzo Pizzeria, where pizza is our passion. We have preserved the art of making hand crafted artisanal coal fired pizzas. Our mission is simple: Have a simple menu that allows us to focus special attention to every ingredient that comes into our building. We choose and use the best quality ingredients possible. We don’t believe in pre-made, mass produced food. We source locally grown or raised products whenever possible. Our local farmers have a passion for growing the freshest produce around. All of our dairy products are hormone free. In addition we use one of the cleanest natural burning resources to heat our ovens. At Pezzo less is more, as our fresh ingredients are delicately placed, not piled on, to create a perfectly balanced pie. So sit back and relax, as we hand craft you one of your favorite, perfectly charred pies.
History
Established in 2013.
Pizzeria Pezzo has been a dream of owner and executive chef Gary Bougie since he started his first restaurant SLYCE coal fired pizza in suburban Chicago. Pezzo is a spin off of SLYCE, offering the same high quality coal fired pizza as SLYCE, with some new delicious options including Chicago Style Deep Dish.

Gary Bougie is a true master of his craft. Growing up in the restaurant industry, Gary has worked his way up through the chain, from dishwasher to owner. Having such success in Illinois at SLYCE coal fired pizza, Gary had to come back to his roots and build a White Bear Lake location. We at Pizzeria Pezzo are excited to be a party of this culture rich community !
