History

Established in 1975.

Dr. Cheri Smith took over ownership of Whippany Veterinary Hospital in 1998. The practice was owned by Dr. Leonard Sherman from 1975 – 1998.

Business Owner

Dr. Smith has operated the Whippany Veterinary Hospital since July 1998. She is a graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and a member of AVMA, NJVMA, and the American Association of Feline Prectitioners. She attends regular continuing education seminars to keep informed of the latest advancements in verterinary medicine. Dr. Smith enjoys traveling, scuba diving, boating, and gardening. She is the pround mother of 3 Shih Tzus, «Henry», «Mickey», and «Camelita».
