I asked them to put a new battery in my old Iphone 3. They special ordered the battery and had it in two days. After replacing the battery, they discovered that the screen was dim from age and the phone was almost unusable. They then removed the battery and returned it to me. They didn’t charge me for the battery and only charged me $ 25 for labor,

I guess it must by hit or miss on what they have in stock and Thierry safety policy. I had a very good experience. I needed a battery for my 2001 Jeep liberty. Sears told me to wait 3.5 hours just to test the battery. In th past I have bought Sears batteries die-hard every 3 – 4 years. Although I have bought die hard Sears batteries for 25 years I am now done with them. Sears wanted $ 169 – 229 for a 660CCA(cold cranking amps) & $ 20 to install it. Battery pluses wanted $ 120 for 800CCA with free installation, three year replacement and prorated for month 37 – 62. Great deal done and got a $ 5 discount, always helps to to ask. In and out in less the 30 minutes.

I would have given them no stars but you can’t review without giving at least one star. Don’t know what the hell they are doing with fixing iPhones. My daughter made 5 trips to have the camera lens replaced. First time they didn’t have the lens. Second trip they ordered the wrong part. Third time the part didn’t fit ordered another part fourth time the only person who fixes iPhones was off. Fifth time he admitted he couldn’t fix it.

I went to the store because they stated they sold batteries. When I arrived they couldn’t sell me a battery for an iPhone because they have to install the battery. The guy behind the counter went on to tell me the battery is soldered in the iPhone’s and it is dangerous for people to do on their own. Seriously speaking I am a technician with knowledge. iPhone batteries are not soldered in. I replace them all the time. I stopped there because they said they sold batteries. Why stop at a battery dealer if they aren’t going to sell you batteries?
