A family owned business, Olson Nelson Decorating officially started in 1961.

Family experience dating back over 85 years from the early 1920’s

(over 400 combined years of experience)

Business Owner

–Began apprenticship in 1978.

–Was trained by some of highest rated men in the trade.

–Worked in homes of the most influencial people in Chicago

and also down to earth, work-​a-​day folks.

–No job was above us or beneath us

Unofficial business motto was «We paint landscapes and fire escapes»

–Learned to comprehend and impliment the extravagant designs of high end decorators in a down town high rise,

and find the perfect solutions for a modest Chicago bungalo.

–Learned that honesty, hard work and taking pride in your work was top on the list,

respecting people, their homes and their possesions, was a close second

and deserved by people from all walks of life.
