She took on a case that was complicated by the opposing attorney, to no end, and navigated it through troubled waters to an equitable resolution. Lois has the uncanny ability to resolve the most complex of pleadings put forth by any opposing attorney. Lois is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL! She is rock steady in her resolve and has the foresight and fortitude to navigate through the complexity of the legal system. During the course of the contentious litigation, her advice was always sound and to the point. I could not have done it without her! In her resolve, she is steadfast and unyielding. Her research of the case law (s) is second to none! The entire staff, at Lois Kulinksy and Associates, is truly professional, friendly, and accommodating. Not only Lois, but Jeff and Alicia, worked tirelessly with me while enduring the wrath and ire of the opposing attorney. Throughout the contentious litigation, they never once lost their demeanor and/​or composure! They were truly professional and still are, in my book. In the heat of the battle, they steadfastly remained cool, calm, and collective always making sound decision (s) no matter how nasty the opposing attorney was. Lois always kept me well informed and was readily available for consultation. Lois was always well prepared every time when she appeared in front of the judge. Lois was representing an out of state client (me) who, at times, was on official travel. This was about ¹⁄₃ of the time. Each and every time, she was always able to track me down. I would give no stars, Lois had no idea how to handle a very ugly custody case. She did NOTHING, thus my case did not turn out well, just like most of the lawyers it is all about the money, not the child. My heart hurts. Please… get a GOOD family law specialist.

Apparently the first poster didn’t really take the time to do a full and complete evaluation instead of a one sentence review. I know that this firm is very good because Jeff was the attorney that handled my boyfriend’s divorce case. Lois and her staff are very professional and handle cases in an effective and timely manner. If anyone is looking for a good lawyer Jeff is a good attorney and I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney to handle divorce, family law, adoption, and wills, trusts, and estates. Jeff will get back to you in a timely manner when his schedule isnt full because if he’s not in the office he’s usually in court pending on where his case (s) are being heard. If you can’t reach Jeff you can speak to his legal assistant and they will ensure that he will get the message and will return your call. Be sure to leave a time that is convenient for Jeff or anyone at the firm of when to reach you so you don’t miss their call and a number that you’re easily accessible to (best to use a cell number and one that works). I will say this professionalism is what makes this firm worth retaining for your legal needs.
