Without a doubt the best mma gym. Coach Assou always shows the latest and greatest in Jiu Jitsu Technique. Walk into this gym and you automatically feel at home and in within just one class you feel everyone is like your family. There is a reason I have never left this place, and that same reason is why I won’t leave.

before i head off to nebraska, i needed to get a work out in. i found this spot and the owners were kind enough to let me drop in without a fee. professor assou harvard has been in the area teaching for years and opened up his own location here a year ago. i believe he will be finding larger accommodations eventually.
