History

Established in 1999.

Real Estate first began as a private investment /​personal venture for me over twenty years ago. In ’99 I decided to get licensed to help other people and did this as a hobby for many years.

However, just helping people was never enough. I wanted to guide them, educate them, negotiate best terms for them, fully manage their transaction processes, and give them an unforgettable experience that they will tell their friends about.

Self education was always key. I am CRS certified, SFR certified, and continuously stay on top of all the latest trends and technologies in our ever so fast changing industry.

Today, my team is set up to show homes quickly, take care of all our client needs, and bring them into smooth closings, at least from whatever we can do from our end. I still stay in touch with most of the clients serviced over the years, from my first to my last!
