ACR

Our insurance company recommended ACR a couple of years ago when the supply line in an upstairs bathroom broke and everything got soaked. We thought we had done a good job drying things out by ourselves until some mold started showing up in the basement 4 days later! Called the insurance company and they gave us ACR’s name. ACR came out and started REALLY drying things out, removing tile to dry the subfloor, using all their hi-​tech meters to find moisture in places that we never thought of). Loved the work and work ethic.
Fast forward to 5 days ago: sewer line broke outside the foundation, clog slowly formed (unknowingly) and I blighthly took a bath in a 90 gallon soaker tub, let the water out, then went to bed. The water hit the clog, then emerged through the main floor toilet. Oak floors, laundry room vinyl, sheet rock, lower kitchen cabinets, crawl space where it was raining through the floors, basement utility area where the water ran down the floor vent, basement ceiling tiles… you name it, it got wet with class 3 waste water.
This time I knew. When the insurance claims person asked if I needed the names of people they work with, I promptly said, «ACR».
Eric, Pat, Chris, Francis, and others are knowlegeable, prompt, clean, fast and thorough. They removed wet drywall, cabinets, oak flooring and packed up the stuff in my cabinets so fast that I wish I had them for movers! They hauled out the crawlspace flooring and visqueen and put in four huge air scrubbers/​dehumidifiers. They constantly cleaned up as they went, too. They found water where I would have never thought to look. The big machines are noisy, but my house smells GOOD!
I am very picky about who I recommend, but they will always get high marks from me!
