History
Established in 2007.
The Cellar Bistro came to be in August, 2007 out of a desire by Nick and Kathleen Lewis to provide people with a place to go for fresh, preservative-free foods and beverages.
Fresh, preservative-free products are important to us and we believe it’s the best way to feed your body. Our meats are antibiotic and hormone free. You will taste the difference in our pulled pork, chicken skewers and peppercrusted sirloin.
We’ve chosen vendors right here in our own community or who are an integral part of their own community. And, doing business with these vendors not only provides you delicious, healthy food to eat, it also generates business for other small businesses like us. From our paper straws to bio-degradable to-go containers, we feel our restaurant has a positive impact on the environment. We are confident that you will love the Bistro if you give us a try. See you soon.
Meet the Business Owner
Kathleen L.
Business Owner
Kathleen opened The Cellar Bistro in 2007 because she wanted to give people a little place to go for great food and good wine. Kathleen wanted to create a «3rd place». People have work & home and they are usually looking for the 3rd place to feel comfortable and at home. The Cellar Bistro has become that place for many people. Only seating 60 guests, it is intimate and the guests are like family. Kathleen still keeps her hand in the kitchen working with the chef and makes many of The Cellar Bistro desserts.
