As Bob stated walk away from this guy. He is an old school lawyer that will do whatever it takes to stir up the pot and keep the clock ticking so he can gouge you for as much billing time as possible. He would constantly berate my soon to be ex wife so I would spend a ton of money with him to «protect» myself and wants to make sure he negotiates everything so he can make money and will also berate you if you try to do any negotiations directly yourself. Finally dumped the guy after dropping way too much money in the 2 months I retained him for and went with a mediator that was less expensive to complete my divorce than what it took Tom 2 months of filing paperwork. Very expensive and unprofessional.

Walk away fast from this lawyer. I trusted his professional guidance for my divorce. It took Tom 2.5 years to get my divorce finalized. I have continued to be in court every month for the past 6 years due to poorly worded language that Tom used to protect my best interest. Other attorneys I had to hire to clean up Tom’s mess said I was poorly represented by him. Can’t say anything good about him.
