The firm of McGowen and McGowen, P.C. was started in 2002 with a mission to serve the people of Chicago with a legal team that had the vision to couple the experience within large legal firm and within insurance firms with the personal touch that only a small, dedicated lawyers that McGowen and McGowen, P.C. can provide.
