We’ve had K&K clean our carpets twice and really like them. They are professional and do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Keith takes extra time to work on troublesome spots if needed. Always on time and very professional, honest. Super friendly too!

I love k and k carpet cleaning. I’ve used them for several years now. Today I spilled paint on my carpet and immediately called Karen to explain my situation. She had someone out to my house a few hours later to tackle the problem. Luckly all the paint came out after taking their advice on what not to do until they arrived. I give them a big 5 stars!

This is a great couple doing great work! Karen is a sweetheart and always calls to make sure we are happy with the job they did. I had a nasty dog stain on my bedroom carpet that didn’t come up the first time around and Keith actually drove back to my house later that afternoon with some new stain removal that he thought would work — it did! I will always recommend K&K.

Everything about this service was top notch. The original phone call was easy and thorough to ensure they gave me a good quote. When the service arrived, they scanned the area, reduced the estimate based on the spaces and then added services to better handle my carpet’s issues. They did extra than they had committed to (moving some furniture and using the extra santiziers in an area that had some issues) and were very quick in finishing the work. Definitely a top notch and fair priced service!

I took a chance after seeing that the most recent review was from 3 years ago, but I wholeheartedly agree with the other Ellen’s assessment.
My carpets look GREAT. Prices were more reasonable than the leading competitor (Stanley Steamer).
They were right on time and right to the point– furniture was moved and they were SO polite about having us pick up the odds and ends we’d missed under the bed, etc.
They were in and out fast, with great service from Karen on the phone. I highly recommend them!

Dependable and competent. Keith and somebody (Ken, Konnie, I can’t remember) have cleaned the carpets in my entire house three times, and always were prompt and friendly. They are thorough and the price is reasonable. They always call a day or two later to make sure we’re totally happy — I like that!
