I went here yesterday looking for a game I’ve wanted for quite sometime. But I wasn’t sure if it would be on the shelf or playable offline. A female floor rep came up to me promptly and nicely and asked me if I needed help.(PROMPTANDNICE). I was telling her about the game as I saw it on the shelf. I asked her if it was playable offline. She was more than happy to check on it for me and not even a minute she back to answer my question. She even was happy to check on my Gamestop Rewards since I lost my card and didn’t remember my old cell number. All in all I give this location 5STARS. PROMPT, GREETEDMEAS I WALKEDIN, ANDWASQUICKTOANSWERMYQUESTIONS. P. S. always trust girls with glasses working at Gamestop =)

Good bye, childhood memories. I bought my favorite video games like MLB The Show, NCAA Football(RIP), and Madden here. Now since PS4 and XBox One are taking over, I no longer get lost in hours of playing NBA Live after school football lifting through Wheaton North. I feel like Gamestop is the new Funcoland. Ah, nostalgia!

I came in here to sell back on of my old video games. I’m 25, and although I still enjoy video games, I don’t really have too much time for them anymore. I sold back my Madden 25, which I purchased for 50 bucks, and I got 16(I would have had received more for store credit). Sixteen dollars is not a lot, but it’s better than collecting dust and losing value until the new Madden comes out. I probably won’t purchase until I have more money/time. I appreciated how the employee was not overzealous at all, and didn’t try to get me to buy something else or do something I didn’t want. That has been a problem in some gaming stores I’ve been to, but not here. There’s not a lot of Video Game Stores in the area anymore, but for the location, I’d prefer this over Best Buy, especially because they didn’t push me to buy something.

This gamestop is a decent size, and has everything a gamestop could need. But the five stars is for the fantastic staff. The manager is so nice, he’s really informed about the games and explains any answers to your questions perfectly. He is always willing to help, and is a great help to those who need it.

Do you need to buy a video game, but have no clue what to get? Go here! The employees can always make a great recommendation and they will answer all your questions no matter how idiotic they seem. I have a serious gaming household, so I am in here lots and so is the owner. He is always greeting people as they walk in and asking them what they need help with, not the standard«do you need help?» which for some reason people say no, then admit they really do. They will buy back used games here and give you a store credit which is 20% more than a cash payout. You can get it on a gift card, so you don’t have to buy something right away. The store is clean with lots of stuff in it, but you aren’t claustrophobic like you are in some stores. It’s small enough where your kid can wander around and you can see them. I guess the only thing I would recommend changing here is adding a chair so I have someplace to sit down as my kids walk around!
