Excellent. Does a great job shaping my brows. Pleasant to talk to, reasonable rates. She took the time to give me some skin care advice and recommendations. Salon could use a sign on Main so it’s easier to find.

Now that summer is fast approaching, I decided to forego my normal ritual of trying to shave my back, and decided to get it waxed. First, let me say that I have a normal amount (several patches of hair), but enough that as a single man in his 40’s, it bothered me a lot. Needless to say, I was VERY nervous about getting waxed (just watch «40 Year Old Virgin»), and somewhat embarrased to do this. That being said, Erin did a FANTASTIC job!!! She was very professional, and made me feel totally comfortable in doing this. She made me feel as if I was normal, and as if it was completely the right thing to do. As for the wax, it was relatively painless, and only took about 20 minutes. She did what I could never do by myself. I left feeling completely confident in taking off my shirt at a pool/​beach, and am TOTALLY SATISFIED!!! The price was about 20−30% cheaper than most places I called/​was referred to, and although I was a little skeptical at first, I know now what a GREAT deal this is! The only thing that is somewhat bad that I would say (which won’t change my 5-​star rating), was the fact that her location was a little hard to find (you have to go to the back of the building). If you’re like me, and are afraid to do this, don’t anymore! She recommended to me that it lasts about 3 months, so I plan on going back in July to finish off the rest of the season! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Just visited Erin for a Brazilian wax. She is sweet, professional and FAST!!! This is not a pleasant grooming procedure to have done but Erin makes it as pleasant as possible. It was very easy to find with her great directions. Turn at the Allstate sign, drive around back and up the deck stairs. Her studio is clean and comfortable. I used a groupon but will most certainly be back as her speed and skill are not easy to find. Thanks Erin!

First off, her address is no longer on Wesley. The scheduling site is correct in that she’s on Main Street. There no sign but pull around in back and theres a cute porch and in you go. It’s a small, beautiful room and Erin is delightful! Very sweet and professional. She makes you feel comfortable from the second you meet her. The job was very well done and I will be returning!

Like many others, I found Erin via a Groupon. She is efficient — it’s extremely easy to schedule appointments with her online scheduling system, and the waxing itself is quick and well done. I appreciate that I can be in and out of a waxing appointment in under 15 minutes.

Had been to Erin before and she was very friendly, professional and affordable. Came back again today for a Brazilian and again I was reminded why I came back. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Even without a groupon her prices are still reasonable. She offers online scheduling which is a major plus for me.

Like others, I went in with a Groupon special (Brazilian). I’ve had several Brazilians before with multiple salons so I’ve seen a lot of estheticians.
THE WAX ITSELF: She was VERY quick — one of the fastest waxes I’ve ever had! But she sacrifices thoroughness for speed. There are some spots down there with hair still — NOT what I want when I get a wax. Also a little strange how she just dumped baby powder on me afterwards. No other salon I’ve been to does that…
OTHER: Very pleasant woman, I enjoyed our brief conversation. The location is easy enough to find, and parking is plentiful (at least when I went).
Overall, not a bad place for a wax, but there are other salons in the suburbs that do a better job (my personal favorite is Aloha!).

I am new to the area and found Erin on Groupon. The location was perfect so I thought I would give her a shot. I bought a 3 wax groupon. The first wax was ok (I had to go home and spend 45 with tweezers). She prides herself on being fast, but the quality of service was below average. Erin is very nice but the service itself was not the best at all. I came back for my second wax because I already paid for it and figured I would give her another shot. From start to finish it took her 5 minutes. When I looked down the top area was ok. When I got home I took a shower and realized that i was covered in wax in places that you do not want wax!!! I still had hair on 50% of the places that she was supposed to wax. The wax not being off was extremely painful. I decided to call another salon and go in to get the wax off and fix the mess she had created. The woman I saw at the other salon was appalled by the lack of care and effort Erin put forth. I have only given a couple negative reviews in my years on Unilocal but Erin deserves this review. I will also be contacting groupon so that they are aware of my TERRIBLE experience.

I was referred to Erin by several of my friends. I also found a Groupon. She is extremely professional, friendly and, as others here have said, very quick. For many, this can be an awkward experience, No need to worry. Erin will put you at ease and and works quickly.

But she left a little bit too much hair in the places where they should be removed completely. That’s the reason why I’m giving her 4 stars, instead of 5.

I got a Brazilian from Erin a couple of months before my wedding. I was living in Nashville at the time but was visiting my sister in Wheaton, so we thought we’d go together. It was my first Brazilian ever, so I really did not know what to expect. I read reviews and it looked like she was pretty solid, but she was awful! She was really nice and made an awkward situation seem much better, but the actual wax itself was terrible. The process was excruciatingly long, and terribly painful, to the point that I was literally begging her to stop halfway through. My sister was the one who convinced me to stick it out because I didn’t want to have half of my hooha done and the other half a hairy mess. Erin did nothing to prep my area before waxing and used 20+ strips on me. After she finished, she just dumped some baby powder on me and told me to get dressed.
Since I’d never had a wax before, I thought that maybe I was just really wimpy and that’s how painful Brazilian’s always were. I was really close to swearing off waxing forever, but decided to give another place a shot the week before my wedding. After all, I wanted my honeymoon to be perfect! I tried a place in Nashville, and was SO surprised by how different the treatments were. There, the aesthetician made sure I was clean and put numbing oil on my area before the wax to help ease the pain. She used only 3 – 4 soft strips up top and then 2 hard wax strips down under and then just had a little clean up. It was SO quick and relatively painless! I was also much cleaner than when I went to see Erin (Erin left a bunch of stubble down where it really counts). I am happy to say that I have NOT sworn off Brazilians, but I sure as heck will not be back to see Erin. Yikes!

Found this place through groupon. I was a little skeptical bus the reviews reassured me. This was my first Brazilian wax so I was a bit nervous. Erin was very sweet and professional. It was a tad painful but not so bad. Erin was so quick the entire process took 10 mins! She was very gentle and explained everything to me as it was happening. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend her to anyone.

Found Erin through Groupon, and with Unilocal reviews as reassurance, I took the plunge and got my first Brazilian. (Actually, first waxing experience of my life! Never waxed anywhere on my body before today.) Erin was so approachable, friendly, and nice. She explained everything she was doing as she did it and was SO fast. I couldn’t really believe it when I read it, but she really did it all in five minutes! It was /​much/​less painful than I imagined it. I thought I’d try it once and never get one again, but now I can see getting another one in the future!

I purchased a groupon for Erin Sharp. I usually don’t like purchasing groupons for waxing, but I had looked at the reviews and they all were awesome! Erin is so FAST, efficient and so personable! I received a full leg and brazilian and was out of there in 30min! I am so happy to finally find a place that I can continue to go to for my waxing! :)

Finally!!! I have found someone that cares about the work they do. For lashes… It is very difficult to find someone that is detailed and does not rush! Erin is excellent! I use to go to Chicago Lashes in Chicago and they did a horrible job towards the last few appts (went to them for almost 2 yrs). They didnt care about detail. They just wanted their money. They clumped lashes together. Erin does not. She truly appreciates the HEALTH of your lashes.
The shop is cute and you can even walk around after and shop. It is located in downtown Wheaton. There is free garage parking right next store. What more could you ask for?!

I took a break from waxing to try laser hair removal. After that proved a sham, I decided to look for a new wax salon (my old salon was in my college town too far away). I found a groupon for this salon, 3 brazilian waxes for $ 85 — if you’ve never had a brazilian wax, you probably don’t know that is the best deal ever! And the groupon is still going on right now!
Erin is super friendly and easy to talk to! She made me feel comfortable right away. The brazilian wax took about 5 minutes, the whole process about 15 min. I don’t know what type of wax she uses, but it definitely rips the hair out from the root. At my old salon, I was always ready for another wax a month later. With Erin, it takes nearly 2 months!

I found Erin Sharp through a LivingSocial deal and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. I have gotten numerous bikini waxes, but never taken the full plunge and gotten a brazilian. I am so glad that I did… but more importantly that it was done by Erin. From the very beginning, making an appointment online (and subsequently needing to cancel that and reschedule) was extremely easy. It’s nice not having to call a salon, oftentimes being put on hold. The online format allows you to see exactly what appointments are open throughout the week. Because of a work conflict, I called her to see if she would honor the coupon I had purchased the day after it expired and she called back promptly saying she would honor it throughout the entire week (it originally expired on a Monday). What great service!
Her suite is in a cute building in downtown Wheaton, and although parking was hard to find on a Friday afternoon, it was worth it. She is very friendly and calmed my nerves down immediately. The room was clean, and her products were well organized. The best part however was her skill. The entire thing was over in less than 15 minutes, and her technique hurt FAR less than I was expecting. She also gave some good tips at the end for further care.
Just a couple hours after the wax, the redness was gone, and none of the area felt irritated as I have had several times in the past with bikini waxes. She also did not leave behind a lot of the sticky wax as I have had before. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit today… in the future I will definitely be going back to Erin Sharp Esthetics Studio for my waxes.
