I was shopping for a dress for my sister’s garden wedding. The store manager and her staff were kind, attentive, but not hovering. I hate hovering. I tried several dresses on but none fit. A staff member offered to look online to find a different size for me and have the dresses shipped to the store. Rarely do I expereince wonderful customer service like this. So appreciated. Hopefully when the dresses come in, one will fit.

I have been to Dress Barn on three occasions so far. First time accompanying a friend as she looked for an outfit, second to find a dress for a wedding and just this week to find an outfit for a first date and for a job interview.
My first hand experience on the second and third visits far exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful. Assisting in picking out outfits and making sure I left with everything I needed. I will be returning.

Great selection for a smaller Dressbarn. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Worth stopping in and as the last review says — easy to park shop and roll! Unlike mall shopping. With a TJMaxx next door and a Maurice’s for a backup plan this is the spot to shop first and probably last.

Around 10:00 PM Friday night I received a desperate plea from a friend to attend a wedding with her the next night because her lame date bailed. I said, sure, what are friends for all the while knowing I had nothing to wear. I had to work Saturday, bolted out early and had no time for the mall so thought I’d try Dress Barn after another friend said she scored some cute dresses. I put all my cards on the table and headed over. It’s weird the place is called Dress Barn for several reasons but really because they carry mostly separates??? They did have a decent selection of dresses in my size and I scored a super cute dress for half price. The matching shrug was pricey but that’s fine. The nice ladies working there were so helpful! Holy cow, I can’t remember the last time anyone actually checked on me and helped with sizes and then went the extra mile to have me try something similar. I appreciate great service, thank you Dress Barn for saving me from the mall madness and helping me look nice… I just wish you carried more dresses. :)
