Forget the service and food quality. how about food safety! I ordered a chicken burrito bowl today and discovered(while eating) to sharp bones about an inch long. If I would have swallowed one of those it would have been a disaster. Instead, I’m just stuck with a punctured gum. I know cutting chicken isn’t a glamorous job and it doesn’t pay $ 100,000 but at least pay attention to what the hell you’re doing. This location has really done down the tubes. I’m not going back.

I’m no pro, but here we go. Chipotle is founded on the principle that fresh gmo-free will appeal to people more than easily produced and more nutritious modified food. And you pay more for this. Whatever, Chipotle is like crack to me, has proper ratios for my fitness obsession and the food tastes great. I’ve spent hundreds at this location over the years, and have to say that compared to the Old Town location, customer service is absolutely garbage. After running into the same problem I first dismissed as a hiccup, I’ve come to realize this problem happens with consistency and and is more the norm than an exception to fantastic service. Situation: I get double beans and rice and always add that I don’t mind a double wrap, in fact I love it! So don’t be afraid to throw down another one! I’m pretty happy about it, smile and wink! The response has become negative recently. And while sporadic in the past has become the norm as I said. Today I got a burrito when they opened around 11 and some black chick was working the salsas and wrap station. Don’t get all up in arms, I just didn’t get her name and now you’ve narrowed it down from the Mexicans and whites and Asians and whomever else. She had little emo bangs and an attitude. Now you know who I’m talking about. I told her«hey, if you need to double wrap this go for it! I love it!» She ignores me and wraps the massive thing up. Oh shocking, it broke open. So I say«hey, I like the extra wrap, don’t sweat it!» She gets another tortilla and just dumps the contents from the first onto the second, throws away the first tortilla and wraps it. As it goes in the foil, it’s leaking and breaks open. She doesn’t even look at me. Doesn’t stop to fix it, just wraps it and tosses it in the bag. Cool. I was pretty clear about the double wrap. Why wouldn’t you? Wtf? I get home to eat said burrito, and start taking it out of the foil and of course it’s more appropriate to use a spoon to eat the slop that just falls out. Needless to say if you expect something to grab and go, without mess and you want to leave with a smile feeling good, avoid this place. It used to be great, now it’s just hit or miss. About as inconsistent as their pledge to have safe food. Yikes.

We used to order from this place on a regular basis. Last couple of times they gave us the wrong order — after calling them they assured us they would post the credit — that never happened. Basically it is our fault that we did not get Manager’s name, saved every receipt and they lost our name if it was written in their notes on the computer.

I placed an order online for pickup an hour before when I wanted it. The order was to be picked up at 12:15pm. I get there at 12:25, My burrito wasn’t ready. The manager then prints out my order and gives it to one of the employees. Then they run out of steak which is understandable. I wait another 5 minutes for the steak. They put all the other ingredients in first and then put less than half a scoop of meat on top. They fail to roll it up properly. Once I open my burrito up, the whole salsa drips from the burrito staining my whole shirt. I usually don’t have complaints about fast food places. But this Chipotle experience was terrible.

Horrible service. Everything but customers. What happened to the old management of chipotle?

Horrible customer service. They up charge on every single variation of the order. Definitely not about pleasing customers. Good with integrity. Management without.

This place was very clean, employ’s were very friendly. Got chicken burrito that was delicious. They even turned the air conditioning down for my son cause it was Attleboro cold.

I waited for this location to open up excited to have one so close to work. It was 5 Stars to me. I was a frequent customer until the past year when I cut back on going out for lunch. Today I felt like getting out for ride and decided that Chipotle would be my destination. I arrived before noon to a line of about 12 people. No problem as the place is popular. Then the girl at the counter yells down the line, «Anyone here for something other than chicken?» Me! I always get the steak burrito bowl. I step up pleased with my good fortune. I place my usual order, pay, then take my food back to work. Now I know why there was such a line for chicken. The steak was AWFUL! It’s always been so tender and tasty. It was tough with grizzle in it. I had to spit out several pieces as I couldn’t chew them. I was so disappointed. I’m not sure when this happened but I do not think I’ll be back. I don’t go out that often but when I do I won’t be going to Chipotle.

It’s your typical chipotle. The employees at this location always seem skimp on the meat as compared to other locations. I always leave hungry after eating at this location.

I normally love chipotle. I have been to this store in particular twice where the female working the register was eating while waiting to ring someone up, or texting on her phone, and that was after she came from around the corner, while people were waiting on her. But the worst was the workers on expo assembling ur food. After getting our food I saw a worker blow his nose, run his fingers thru his hair, and not wash his hands after. I also saw another employee eating diced chicken with his gloves on while standing on the line. This is gross and a huge health code violation. I hope they get their act together, but I will not be visiting this store anymore.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The people behind the counter were Morons with a capital M. They were down to the last scrapes of veggies, carnitas and steak and didn’t seem notice. I asked if there were any more veggies and the guy blankly looks at me and says, «nope.» There wasn’t even anyone in the back to cook more food. I had to wait for about 3 minutes at the register before I could pay because the girl was messing with the soda machine. Will be hitting the Chipotle on Ogden from now on. This franchise needs serious attention paid to it.

This place used to be great but the last 6 months has gone so far downhill I had to make a Unilocal account. The last 5 times my burrito has been royally destroyed. About a month ago my burrito had so little rice it was despicable, but the person making it decided that they could make up for the lack of rice with gobs of guac, it was disgusting, I had to throw it out after one bite. I decided last monday to give this location a final chance and it failed miserably. The workers could not handle a small rush of 6 customers. Probably because out of the 5 workers there, 2 of them were standing behind the counter not doing anything not even acknowledging the customers. by the time I finally got my burrito made it was microscopic! It was about the size of my fist if not smaller. I’m am sad that it has come to this but I will make the drive to Qdoba on the other side of town from now on.

I’m currently standing in line where I have been for ten minutes. The line is only 8 people long but they seem to have run out of every ingredient at the same time. I also am staring at 3 coworkers trying to handle the flow of people while one coworker is eating a burrito bowl, another is sweeping, and another is standing around flirting with the one sweeping. I have never been in line at a chipotle so long in my life! Why the people sitting and standing around don’t help their coworkers is beyond me.

This is where I discovered how fat I really was in high school. One burrito fills a normal human being(rice, beans, salsa etc), but not this obese high school student. Rather than stick with my 900 calorie bomb(just one burrito) I always opted for two. And told myself the second burrito was for«tomorrow». Tomorrow turned into today. It just goes to show that when you make a «healthy» choice(or at least you think you are) a la Subway(meatball, anyone?), California Pizza Kitchen(most of their salads with dressing have more crap than their CRAP pizzas), it is up to you… the consumer… to make that choice! HAPPYEATING! That being said, I love the bowls and salads they offer. Don’t eat the chips… you know you won’t just eat one, chunky!

I love the value you get here. For under $ 7 you can have an incredible healthy chicken salad! Just wish they had some rewards program for as many times i eat there.

Used to eat at this location regularly when I worked in Wheaton. They’ve always been friendly, gave good portion sizes, and the place has never been dirty. They have a sizable outdoor eating area.

I’m a huge fan of Chipotle. Even though there is a simple menu, I like how you are able to go down the line and build your burrito how you like it. I’m a huge fan of the veggie fajita burrito bowl. Their guacamole and chips are a must for me! They provide very large portions of food so I can split a burrito. Besides their veggie bowl, I recommend their pork as well. I’ve eaten here several times and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Also, this place is busy at lunch time so if you are in a rush, you can order your food online to avoid the line.

I have always joked that all the cool people like Chipotle– it seems to be the hip choice for a quick and pretty healthy meal. They were featured in the movie Food, Inc. in a positive way, which was appealing to me. I tried Chipotle for the first time last week. I found the people at this location friendly, positive, helpful, and I really liked that you can pick exactly what you want and see as it is made. My burrito was great and I also really liked the chips and guacamole. Next time I’ll try the burrito bowl(which to me seems like what the cool WOMEN always order). :) I like that they have bottled Izze drinks. The inside of the restaurant is very basic and minimalistic. The seating wasn’t particularly comfortable and I would guess that it gets pretty loud when the restaurant is busy or crowded. Overall, great experience and meal!

OK. I figured I’d never waste time with a major chain. I decided to do this one. I’ll try to do this in simple bullet points. I could cut & paste this review for each location I’ve gone to. The experiences have all been the same. 1. Burritos– marginal for the price. Instead of using refried beans but you have to choose between pinto and black beans. For me, not so great. Pinto beans weren’t bad but I’ll stick to refried beans. As for the meats, not bad but not great either. I prefer carnitas as my choice. The chicken and steak were so so. Fresh but there are other places that do it better. Meats are farm raised, raised free or antibiotics. The have strict standards of the meat they sell(which may explain why the price is so high). 2. The tacos to me are a JOKE!!! Not enough meat at least for my liking. You charge me $ 5– $ 6 for some tacos(and no sides to boot), you better put some meat on it. 3. Guacamole and chips taste good but not a great value price wise. Salsas a decent but not to the standards of a more independently owned place. 4. They do a decent job for a major chain but I place don’t think they were as good as the now retired Naugel’s(which was bought out by Del Taco if I recall). I won’t say I won’t eat Chipotle or think they’re bad, but I feel other places have a more authentic feeling to them. I like the attempt to do something innovative as it relates to food. Having a friendly staff never hurts either. I guess they feel they found a niche. For me, 3 ½ stars. Better than average but not elite in my book.

Chipotle is good, just not great. If you don’t like salsa or Sour Cream, like me, than the burritos can be a little dry. That is why I like Qdoba. Its just so much more flavorful.

You can’t go wrong with Chipotle. I love it. This one is just as good as any. Fast, clean and friendly. They do their part well. Food is good of course. I’m a big fan of the crispy tacos, which i always get with sour cream and guac if i feel like spending a little extra more. I live close by and come often so i know this is here to stay. :)

i tell ya, chicks really do love this place, cultish. anyways, it is good, always busy, and solid fresh ingredients. skip the ridiculous burrito bowls, and get an actual burrito, or the tacos… you will never go back. they opened a new one in glen ellyn on roosevelt road, see you there.
