I had an emergency going into Memorial weekend. I was shocked when I called and they were able to send someone out within a few hours. The gentleman who came out was Alan. Alan fixed the problem within an hour and we were good to go. He was extremely courteous and Armbrust’s fee was very reasonable… especially since they came out immediately. I also like that you receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Thank you again, Alan. I now have a go-​to company for any future problems I encounter.

Time for the annual Backflow Preventer test and Armbrust did not disappoint. Scheduling was a breeze. Adam C was on time, efficient and friendly. Doesn’t get any better! Would recommend Armbrust and Adam to anyone looking for a local plumbing company.

Tom H came out from Armbrust to install a kitchen sink. The plumber we usually used had cracked our granite trying to get the old sink out, and the process of trying to resolve that issue left us looking for a new plumber. He was able to come the day after we called and had the new sink installed within a couple hours. It looks awesome. He was really nice and friendly and made sure to explain why he was doing what he was doing. It was also cheaper than the quote from our previous plumber. Bonus that he was nice and patient with my preschoolers and also brought up our newspaper from the driveway ;) Thanks Tom!

It was almost hard to believe the reviews for these guys, but I needed a plumber and «reasonable» always works for me. Tom got here and knocked out both my jobs in under 45 minutes. He had a hard time taking off a faucet flange, he said they often stick and if he couldn’t get it off he would order a new one and cut it out. Well he got it off, repaired the faucet and I’m back in business. The person answering phones could not be nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend.

This was the first time we used Armbrust Plumbing and we were very impressed. Tom, our service technician, was polite and very knowledgeable when inspecting our waste lines in a house we recently purchased. He answered our many questions and offered great advice and guidance for our future plumbing renovations. I used Armbrust Plumbing for a clogged sink. I was very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. I called Armbrust just yesterday and they were able to schedule their service pro, Adam C. He arrived on time, even early, was very professional and thorough. The sink was unclogged in less then 30 minutes and I was even able to use a coupon I’d gotten off the net towards the service cost. I would highly recommend Armbrust for your plumbing needs and ask for Adam C!

I thought I had a broken garbage disposal but it was actually the switch. Adam C exchanged the switch and the problem was solved. It was nice to have a technician who examined all sides of the problem until it was diagnosed and then fixed the problem. I highly recommend Armburst, they have been very reliable over the years.

I had a busted outdoor water spigot from the winter. I called Armbrust on a Thursday and they were able to come fix the spigot the next day. Our technician, Dave W., called at about 8:00am Friday to know if we were home and available to have the repair competed. He arrived 20 minutes later and was very courteous. I showed him where to access the spigot piping from the basement and he began to work on it immediately. He worked on the repair for about 45 minutes and left everything as clean as he found it.
I would not hesitate to use Armbrust again should the need arise.

I had a garbage disposal that was leaking due to a worn gasket/​ring. While there is a chance a new gasket would have solved the leak … it would not have been cost effective trying to remove the old unit … do the repair and then reattach the old unit and take the chance of possibly not resolving the problem.
I am not a push over … and I was not pressured into replacing my garbage disposal … but it was in fact the most cost effective way of resolving the leak as a sure thing. Adam had a couple disposals on his truck for me to choose from. He worked at … lightening speed … and was able to get the entire job done at the minimum price quoted. He was tidy while doing the work and I was very appreciative.
Rhonda answered the phone to set up the appointment just a few hours earlier and was straight forward with pricing and helping me to understand what to expect. There were no surprises and I really appreciate that.
I had used Armbrust Plumbing in the past for a major job related to an underground hook up outside which involved digging up my front yard from the front of my home to the street. They did a great job at that time and gained my trust.

We called Armbrust back in December to quote us a job. In March we finally decided to bite the bullet and proceed with the work. Everyone I dealt with from the proposal to the finished work was wonderful. They answered all my questions and took every one seriously. They scheduled promptly. I knew the name and photo of the service pro coming before they did the work. Dave and Patrick came out to work, reviewed the problem and solutions and were off to work. They were courteous and fast and efficient. Overall, a great company to do business with.

Jeff came over today, and fixed our furnace.
The organization did a great job. I called at seven a.m. and Jeff was there at ten.
Jeff took the furnace apart, inspected the heat exchanger for safety reasons, and identified the problem. We had an oddball furnace, that needed an unusual part, but Jeff located a source, and drove to another town to get it, right then.
Now I’m back at work, and my wife and our dogs are at home in a gradually warming house.

After waking up to the smell of burning plastic and finding out our furnace was no longer working I began searching Unilocal for local heating companies I could call. I couldn’t look past Armbrust. Not only was it local to Wheaton but it had absolutely amazing reviews. I called in the morning to set up an appointment fully expecting it would be at least a day. Not only were they able to fit me in that day, they were able to do it mid day! I was already impressed but then they sent me an email with information about the service man making the call which included a photo and I was super impressed that they take the time to do that. Jeff showed up right on time and even called when on his way to alert me. He was friendly, informative and helpful while explaining the issues he found and even showed me the issues first hand. When it came down to fixing the multiple items or researching a replacement Jeff provided me with the necessary options and information to make a decision. He made calls to check on available warranties and requested the salesman John to stop by as well. John came out and provided me with a great deal of information. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase. After discussion my husband we chose to spend the money on a new furnace rather than pouring more money into the broken one. They were able to get us the one we wanted AND have it installed same week. We only had to make it one day without heat before our new furnace would be installed. I was told David would be the person installing our new furnace and he would arrive around 730. Just like Jeff, David called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He walked me through the process and provided an estimate time for completion. Throughout the process he checked in just to report his status. At one point he called me in to decide on the venting options. He walked me through the different options and ultimately left it to me to decide. When he completed the job he showed me how to change the filters and explained all the new parts which were installed. The day he installed our new furnace was a day we had high wind advisories. When he was packing himself up he informed me that there had been a lot of debris flying around outside. He walked around the perimiter of the house with me and even helped me clean up the shingles that had blown off my roof! Talk about customer service. I would absolutely recommend this team to friends and family. Keep up the good work!!!

Outstanding service Pat explained everything about the pair in detail so I would know why he was doing what. Repair was completed quickly and cleanly. I have found my new go to company for heating repairs.
