It is good to see the samll independent shop still in business. I used to be a regular customer of Wally’s (I still eveen have one of their magnets on my refrigarator here in Maryland) back 12 years ago. Their meat combinations for meatloaf was terrific (they never would tell me the percentage combination they used of ham, beef and ???). For any of my top quality dinners, I would always make a stop at Wally’s! I look forward to my move back to Denver and shopping at Wally’s.

I just love independant store. This is a great local meat shop. Fairly small, but still great choice. Prices are competitive, and taste is good, so no reason not to go.
They also have elk (frozen). I have not tried yet, waiting for an occasion to celebrate to cook some
