I used Stellar to install a 4kW solar installation on my roof. The guys were great.
They were willing to make multiple designs based on my requests.
They were able to answer all my technical questions.
They coordinated with my wife on all the scheduling.
They had a great loan program to make it easy.
They had the very best components installed.
They were nothing but kind over the phone, and helpful when we had an issue or concern
The responsiveness of the team is why we gave them one last chance to match a competitors price and they did.
Even when we had a disagreement over a problem caused by Xcel’s delay, they did right by us and paid for our electrical bill for the 3 months it took Xcel to process our solar application.
I would very much recommend Stellar for their solar installation services.

Hack job. You can get ahold of them when you owe them money, but after that don’t expect ANY customer service. They had no idea how to even work my solar system! Still can’t get them finish fixing my air conditioner from the hail storm which they got paid for months ago!

Recently Stellar put a new roof on my home (CertainTeed Landmark TL Asphalt Shake) and beefed up the insulation under the roof. It was a complicated job and they handled it all easily with wonderful results. The men who actually did the work, as well as the supervisors, couldn’t have been more pleasant and courteous. The work was done quickly and all debris was thoroughly cleaned up. My home is in Boulder, but Stellar serves the entire metro Denver area.
