RMSGear is unlike any other sporting goods store you will have been to. We are a family run business that specializes in traditional archery, high quality hunting gear, and cutlery. We have the best knife selection in the Denver area, from production to custom knives.

New to traditional archery? We are experts at fitting you with a bow that is a perfect match for YOU. Whether you are a target shooter or a bowhunter we will not let you walk out our doors without perfect flying arrows.

We manufacture a lot of our own leather products. We also build beautiful, award winning arrows.

We sharpen thousands of knives each year, both hunting knives and kitchen knives. Actually, we sharpen pretty much anything (axes, lawn mower blades, a brick, etc). Your knives will be sharper than the day you bought them. They will have a professional looking and polished edge.

We provide a lot of specialized services that are too numerous to list. If you have a special project or an off the wall question, bring it to us! We might just be able to help you out.

Ultimately, we are dedicated to serving our customers in a personalized manner. This is not just our business, this is truly our passion. We love nothing more than helping others get into these activities that we ourselves enjoy so much.

History

Established in 1995.

Tom Clum started this business with no idea where it would take him. Trial and a whole lot of error brought RMSGear to where it is now.

Through the years we have carved out a niche in traditional archery. As brick and mortar knife shops have dropped almost out of existence we have slowly grown that side of the business as well.

Tom’s sons, Tommy and Dan, joined him after their return from college. But there have been many dozens of people that have contributed to our growth over the years.

Business Owner

Tom started in traditional archery in the 1980’s. He has hunted all over the United States. Tom is a certified Level 3 coach through USA Archery. He has personally suffered every bad habit that the sport offers, so he’s pretty danged good at teaching folks how to overcome them.

Tom is passionate about his business because he is his own customer. He is a knife connoisseur, a bow-​a-​holic, a bowhunter, and a pretty regular guy.
