We are a local boutique real estate firm who specializes in Jefferson and Denver Counties. We take pride in our ability to get sellers the most money possible when they sell their home… and of course we help buyers too!

History

Established in 2011.

Peridot Properties is a boutique, local (based in Wheat Ridge) real estate company that serves the Denver Metro area. We are almost 100% referral based, which means our business comes from referrals from past clients. This is different from large and franchised brokerage firms who spend a lot of money on advertising. We spend very little money on advertising and put all of our efforts into pleasing our customers so that they will want to spread the word about us! Our reputation is our advertising.

Although we are a boutique firm, that does not mean we are more expensive. In fact, usually we can match or beat any competitor’s commission percentage simply because we do not have the advertising overhead that other firms must have to generate business.

Although we are boutique, it also does not mean that we are at a disadvantage selling your home. We have almost a decade of Colorado real estate experience, and we list our homes on the exact same MLS systems and online syndication

I started out my real estate career in Steamboat Springs, CO as an apprentice for two residential brokers in 2006. I was taught the real estate trade just in time for the crash of 2008. I had to make a change — so I attended Brown University for graduate school. After I moved back to Colorado I enjoyed helping friends buy homes, which transitioned into my full time career. After working for another real estate company for many years I finally decided to start my own company with my own style. That was the birth of Peridot Properties.
