Dr. Sweeney established his dental practice and has been working in Wheat Ridge for almost 30 years. He has the reputation with his long time patients as a gentle, friendly dentist who cares for the needs of his patients above all else.

Dr. Sweeney attended local schools, and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1975. He went straight to Creighton University, where he earned his DDS degree in 1983. Over the years, Dr. Sweeney has been dedicated to furthering his education, and has taken courses in bridges, crowns and dental implants.

Dr. Sweeney is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the Metro Denver Dental Society. Dr. Sweeney is also a member of the Delta Dental of Colorado, a distinguished achievement network which provides excellent preventative care and outstanding service to his patients. He is also associated with the Colorado Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicap and 9 Health Fair. Dr. Sweeney also takes the opportunity to travel to Guatemala to perform dental care.

Patients appreciate his gentle hands while giving anesthetic, and enjoy having a personable, caring dentist, who makes their experience of the utmost importance.
