1÷15÷15 Leroy Martinez serviced my gas fireplace today. Respectful, prompt and informative. He instructed me on how to take it apart and the proper steps of cleaning. He was referred to me by a friend and very reasonable.
Btw he is a Master Plumber also.

Leroy installed a fireplace insert in my home recently, and I most highly recommend this business. He kept me informed about the timing, arrived with product and permit in hand, and charged a fee which was consistent with the original quote (including charging a ‘permit’ fee which was at actual permit cost). He handled the entire permit process, quickly scheduled both the initial and final inspection, made a priority of coming back to complete the 2^nd part of the installation (between initial and final inspection), respected my property and kept the area clean, and was accessible throughout. When I contrasted the gas-​line work he completed which was clean and caulked to the less-​than-​diligent electrical work done by the (other) electrical contractor, Leroy quickly offered to caulk/​seal the electrical work as well. Once the final installation was complete, Leroy even took the time to show me how to use the remote control, and explained how to control the unit without the remote (by removing the face plate, etc). It’s a pleasure working with a company that takes pride in their craft, and I will definitely have Leroy back to service the unit as needed.
