I am glad I actually opened my acct at a different bank, though this one is located the closest to my daily activities. I need the option to go to a place where they have better customer relationship skills. Unfortunately, at this location, I haven’t found the employees to be interested in being transparent about application processes nor services and fees, which I consider essential to good money relationships!(When I set up my savings acct here, I made sure to discuss with the employee ‘automatic repeating transfers.’ The employee confirmed that an-every-month-electronic transfer into savings from my payroll would ‘count.’ Ugh. I had to learn *from the internet* that a Chase ‘Automatic Repeating Transfer’ MUST come from another Chase account.) I also was surprised that last time I was in, and inquired about restrooms after finishing my transaction, that the desk employee said(without apology), they had no customer restrooms and asked I walk next door to Burger King instead. WOW!
