Avalon Wharton

Just moving out of Manhattan, this place is amazing! It’s located in a great town, the building is kept really clean and the staff is very friendly. I had back surgery a week after my family moved in and they were so genuine when asked how I was doing. They were incredibly honest about everything before moving in. The parking garage is great and people should not be complaining about it. Be happy you have a garage and not have to worry about snow on your car in the winter. Or walking to it in the rain. The garage is NOT big. The walk to the door is not far wherever you park. We were throughly informed about areas to walk our dog and it’s so great they have stations with bags and places to throw your dogs waste. The building always smells so good and I literally hear someone vacuuming the hallways everyday. I haven’t used the gym yet but how amazing that it’s available ²⁴⁄₇! And the fact that they keep packages at the front desk is a service I never thought I’d have. Lol. I’m really excited about the spring and summer when my family can spend more time on the various outdoor spaces provided with grill and fire pits! And come on… a salt water pool! My only complaint is people not picking up their dog poop and my noisy neighbors. But to be fair, they’re noisy on the weekends. I don’t blame them! Also, I WISH they had a small playground for kids. The property is new so who knows?! Maybe something for the future!

My husband and I moved here almost 2 months ago and I cannot say enough great things about the Avalon Community. The girls who work down stairs are so sweet and very helpful. The entire building (gym, hallways, lobby, even the trash room) are always very clean and kept up. The outdoor areas are an awesome place for relaxing, letting the kids run around or getting together with friends. There are a few fire places and grills, tons of seating and a BEAUTIFUL pool. Our proximity to everything makes life VERY convenient. We are so close to the mall, shop rite, Costco, hiking trails & parks, and right off rt 80. I could probably go on and on about how amazing this community is. I am so happy that we chose to move here!

After looking at a few communities in Morris county we finalized on Avalon Wharton.
The whole move and the leasing experience was quick, easy and wonderful. Our stay was one of the best experiences we eve had.
Since the community is Brand new everything was pristine. With covered parking you don’t have to worry about cleaning snow after the winter storms.
The staff is extremely helpful and always there for us whenever we needed any thing, they went out of there way to help us find another Avalon community after my job transfer. The maintenance staff is the best we have ever seen.
I highly recommend the community to all friends and family.
