Go elsewhere– drive up the street a little ways to Quincy center for real Chinese food that won’t make you feel like committing suicide afterwards. Everything was greasy. My vegetable Lo mein was flavorless and the vegetables only consisted of a handful of thinly sliced carrots and burnt onions. I have never had vegetable Lo mein that lacked actual vegetables. The spare ribs, chicken fingers and beef were mediocre and also lacked flavor.

This restaurant is the ultimate in grossness. If you have even a semi-sophisticated pallet stay away. Disgusting food. I have to rate it the worst Chinese food I have EVER had. A frozen Chinese dinner would have been a better choice. Quan’s Kitchen is far superior. Stay away. We took one bite and threw out both dishes. Skanky, disgusting i.e. The chic and broccoli was served in a sea of aspic and cornstarch and tasted like Bucky Dent’s f’in baseball glove. Puke.

Very good. I used to love qualms kitchen, bit their quality has gone way down. Peking kitchen now reigns supreme. Pork boneless ribs were meaty and cooked. Chicken wings were crunchy, and the lomein was tasty. Not as oily as most. Great job.

Pretty good. As someone who normally has apps and rice or lo mein, this place meets or exceeds expectations.

Not bad Chinese food. Lots of selection. I’ve had better take out before but also a lot worse. The people working were friendly and lots of regulars seemed to pop in for food and conversation. Parking is hard in the Landing. Take out might be a bad option. Note that they are cash only. ATM is located next door if you are doing take out.

The Weymouth counter part to my favorite Chinese food take out place in Quincy! The menu for the most part is the same, but there was a few noticeable differences. All and all, they offer the standard dishes that you would expect from Chinese take out. I feel like the prices were a little higher here than in Quincy, but I definitely got more food here than I ever did in Quincy. They were extremely busy the night that we stopped in. Wait times for delivery were reaching over an hour and it was only 7pm. Cash only and there’s an ATM located outside to the left. Parking can get tricky as anyone who has driven through the Landing would know.

I am a Chinese food fanatic and tried all the Chinese restaurants around. None are better than the Peking kitchen. I never have a problem with special orders like chicken wings extra crispy. Peking Ravioli is amazing, Crab Rangoon is awesome, basically everything is incredible

Appetizers and chicken lo mein were pretty good; however, the beef in both the beef teriyaki and crispy szechuan beef was just gross and fatty, as well as the pork in the pork fried rice. So if you’re going to order from here, i would suggest sticking to the apps and chicken dishes

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If I want take out for Chinese it’s here. My favorite dish is the General Gau’s but I also love the Peking Ravioli. Their prices are the best around and they are very fast(like all Chines places). Their dinner plates have so much food one person can’t finish one. I can’t understand how they sell their lunch plates so cheap. They deliver too and are open late.

Very good Take Out Chinese food place fast and friendly. Last time I went there the food was not as good as it used to be so 3-stars. Since I have not been here in awhile they have moved across the street(construction). I have noticed there is one in Quincy center as well? The problem I had the recent time I went was the Sesame Chicken was sort of overcooked which meant I had to nawh on it, was a bit hard and almost crunchy. But everything else wasn’t bad — used to be the best in Weymouth? maybe the South Shore? Will try Quincy next time.

This is the best Chinese food in Weymouth imo. We’ve tried them all. The ham egg foo yong is so delicious here, gravy is awesome, my favorite item. Usually we get the chinatown plates and they are an awesome value. We’ve had most of the chef’s special dishes and they are pretty good too. They can go a little heavy on the water chestnuts so we just say none, but other than that, this place is solid for take-out. All American Chinese is kind of greasy, and everyplace around here is too unless you get a steamed plate, but why bother if you just want the contrasts of salty, sour, sweet, umami, bitter, etc. Good use of flavors here. Fresh compared to most of the competition here in town.

UPDATE– Have tried other things… sesame chicken was all dark greasy meat with that mystery sauce that nobody knows quite what it is… general gau’s, orange, sesame… big disappointment. Also tried the mushi(sp) shrimp and it tasted badly of fake/overly-seafoody shrimp. After further experience I highly recommend you stick strictly to the appetizers and rice or lo mein… safe bets

I’ve been going to this place for about 9 years now. I don’t eat chinese food often but when I do I get it from this place! I started going there when they were in their original building across the street from where they are now, and even with the move across the street their food hasn’t suffered in the least. Now I usually get just appetizers or a combo plate with apps and rice and it is always absolutely delicious! I can’t really speak for the main dishes but the boneless spareribs, chicken fingers, chicken teriyaki, and chicken wings are soo good. They are always really nice in there and even though I don’t go in often, only because I really have to be craving chinese, they still seem to remember me. Now I live in Norwood but work in Braintree and if I’m craving chinese I will wait till I’m working just to get it from that place! The prices are just right as well!
