Always good service. Amazing nachos, salsa and margaritas! A great family restaurant in S. Shore.

Staff is great very professional and friendly. Food is ok, nothing bad but nothing great. If /when I’m back it will be a while as it is out of the way for us. While the staff had some downtime I observed them cleaning all the time.

This is my favorite spot whenever I go out to eat with my family! Our server is always so kind and helpful and almost everytime I’ve gone, the manager comes over to ensure that everything is going well. They really do put the customer first. I don’t know what I love more, their sizzling fajitas or their Chicken Tostadas tacos! Both are so delicious and really filling. Their queso is also the best I’ve ever had. My brother has a gluten allergy so we were a little hesitant at first, but even the chips salsa they bring to the table are gluten free! The price of the food is so fair for the amount you get and I can’t wait to go back!

Love the food here! And of course the margaritas! Strawberry basil is amazing! My son loves it here too, AND he always eats for free which is awesome!

I was fairly hopeful walking into this place. The waitress was very pleasant but food was mediocre. The margaritas here tasted like margaritas I quickly whipped up at home –nothing special. The prices match the quality of the food which I liked. So overall, 2 stars for the nice waitress and 1 star for their reasonable prices.

Wait takes forever. Did the all you can eat tacos but took way too long for food to come out. My wife and kids ordered that took 45 minutes to come out staff is friendly but only gave me one order of rice and beans. Tacos all you can eat is not worth it. Manager is terrible racist bastards.

If you’re there for a good time and a waitress named Erica introduces herself get up and leave.

This has been a very disappointing experience, knowing margaritas is a well established franchise we expected to have a decent service. We had a problem with our check and was directed to speak to the manager, he not only gave us a rude and bad attitude but was not being professional at his position. I am highly disappointed and will never return, and does recommend anyone to waste their money to be disrespected in any way.

My boyfriend and I are somewhat regulars at Margaritas and we love it here! I’ve never eaten anything on the menu I didn’t love and the staff is polite and friendly. The margaritas are good but I’d kind of prefer them with more fresh ingredients– that’s the only thing I’d change, but I still like what is available. Lots of tequilas to choose from! I definitely recommend this place for family night or date night. Get the queso dip to start it’s delicious!

Not the best food I’ve had. The place is nice, and the waitstaff was nice but that’s about it. We did need to wait about 5 minutes for a hostess so we could be seated. On a the website it said kids eat free on Thursdays. But when we asked the waitress she told us not that that.

Not sure why the bad reviews. I’m a local, and have been to this place at least a dozen times — and I’ve never had bad service or bad food. I’m not a drinker, so I’ve not indulged in an actual Margarita here, but the food is good and reasonable and ALWAYS hot when served. Great chips and salsa too!.

I’ve brought my daughter here once for lunch, and once for her birthday. We’ve had a great time both times and can attribute it to the truly fantastic staff. They do an amazing job at making you feel welcome and have your needs taken care of before you need to ask. At my daughter’s birthday, I hadn’t asked anyone to do anything special. When we were brought to our table it was decorated with gift bags for kids, helium balloons, toys, and sunglasses for kids. I had no idea that they were going to do that. They’re just really nice people who go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. That’s really rare to find. Thanks guys. We had a great time.

Ok let’s be honest, this is a chain and it does not pretend to be gourmet or straight outa Tijuana. But I have always enjoyed the dinners and service has been spot on. My family is partial to the chimichanga options and we always leave with a doggie bag as portions are generous. The place reminds me of the old El Torito restaurants which bring back some crazy memories. Certainly not for the calorie conscious.

This place is lucky I gave it 1 star! The prices are way to high for this fake crap! I will say the pepsi was bubbly thats a plus! I was also say that the chips and salsa were the norm. My child who absolutely loves quesadillas refused to eat even the plain cheese after we returned the chicken and cheese. The chicken was blackened and bland. However she did like the peach smoothie. We are a family that loves Nachos so of course we tried the Cowabuga nachos. Where do I begin with the disaster these were! So the refried beans were at the very bottom of this extremely hot plate that seemed to go in the oven. Followed by the chips with cheese and this awful tasting ground meat with cooked iceberg at the top. In this shell a scoop of guacamole mole that chipotle has more flavor with and sour cream. There were barely any chips! or at least chips you could find! I ordered the steak fajitas! My question where was the seasoning I was promised!!! My husband ordered queso fries the cheese was more like a cheese whiz than a queso. Who in the world puts onions, tomatoes and cilantro on cheese fries. The buffalo style wings were mediocre. This was the worst 70.00 I have ever spent! I will never go back there! Should have gone to The Fours for nachos!

Eh not true Mexican food; or Tex Mex either for that matter. They put red and green bell peppers in everything and it ruins the taste. Prices are too high too

Family friendly mexican chain restaurant. Pretty standard mexican menu. We ordered a pork enchilada plate and a vegetarian enchilada plate. Both had very generous portions, but where drenched in cheese and the vegetarian plate cost the same as the pork option(which had nearly half a pound of cooked meat) I prefer the vegetarian option, but should it really cost the same as the meat option? No in my opinion. Service was friendly, but spotty. I’ve been there a handful of times, but each time we’re told, they are short staffed and that’s why the service is slow/off/confusion of which tables in station etc. Also, I appreciate family friendly restaurants although I do not have children and realize that if I dine in such an establishment, I should be understanding, but this restaurant seems to encourage rowdy children’s behavior, kids running in the aisles. It’s okay for management to ask parents to corral when it interferes with other diners. That said, not many Mexican options, so most likely will go again at some point, pricey vegetarian fare and all.

Only go for the cheap drinks. Only eat here if you like Fake Mexican food out of a can that regrettably distasteful for anyone who ‘s had goods and authentic Mexican food.
