JB Livery

I have used them for round trip airport trips for myself and family and they are always on time, professional and very friendly. I used to book book them for my boss (2009) and continued to use them for my personal use and have never had a complaint.

We used them for transportation to and from Logan. I emailed JB Livery for pricing and Nicole Kelley responded within minutes. She made the reservation process very easy. Both drivers were terrific and we had zero issues. Both cars were super clean.
I will use them again.

Gave them a call the day before and the woman was very nice and friendly, booked quickly. The driver came early, was great, and car very clean. We had an infant and put in a car seat with no issues.

Sent an email to reserve a town car for a client. No response within 24 hours. I then followed up with a phone call the next morning; the person at dispatch said they’d look into it and call me back. Never heard from them.
Because this was an important client I was making a reservation for, I could not wait.
I went with another company and got everything confirmed within minutes.

Friendly professional service. Drove up a long driveway covered with over a foot of snow to pick me up. I felt completely safe even while we drove on snow and ice covered roads to the airport. Would highly recommend them!

My wife and I have used JB Livery at least six times for Logan drop offs and pick ups. They are fantastic. Always on time, courteous and professional drivers. We were delayed one trip a total of seven hours and they tracked us the entire way and were waiting when we arrived at Logan around 100 AM. They have picked us up in everything from a large SUV to a stretch limo and every vehicle has been immaculate.
Highly recommended.

We have used JB Livery 3 times and everytime we have been very impressed. They are always on time, their vehicles are clean, new and very nice and the drivers are always friendly and professional. We landed at Logan this morning at 1am after a very delayed flight. We only requested a regular car and they arrived with a stretch limo at no additional charge. Our kids loved this! We have referred them to many friends who all rave about them. They are now the only people we call when we need a driver to the airport.

Wonderful service. I took them 3 times this trip to Boston, they were always early. I drank every bottle of water… the cars were clean and nice. Driving felt safe. Ed and Catherine were sweethearts and Billy taught me about the Big Dig. (Ask about the tiles!)

Great service and great prices! We live in Braintree so it’s a great local service for us. We paid more in leaving our car at the airport until we discovered JB’s services. We’ll definitely use them again!

I’ve used JB for years, great service and attention to detail. One time a few years ago I scheduled them to pick me and a buddy up after a Red Sox game and they forgot about me, called them up and within 20 minutes another driver was there to pick me up. Highly recommend them for any car service use.

Me: Hi I’m calling to reserve a car to Logan for tomorrow.
Stuart: What time would you like to be picked up, where, and for how many people?
Me: 10:30 am for two people.
Stuart: Not a problem. The price is X including tolls. If you want to send a request to
with any questions please feel free to do so.
Me: Excellent, I’ll send a request via email also.
Stuart: I’ll call you in a couple of hours to get your credit card information.
Stuart called two hours later for the credit card information and followed up with a confirmation email.
The car showed up the next day at exactly 10:30 am — it was clean and well maintained. I.e. it didn’t look like something out of a throwback 70’s salvaged wreck disguised as a town car. The driver was courteous, well mannered and also put the luggage in the trunk.
I will definitely reach out to JB Livery for any transportation needs to the airport first and will not need to shop around again.

We have been using JB Livery for years for airport transfers to Logan — it is comparable to paying to park for a week if you’re going on vacation. Pleasant, dependable experience each time, no reason at all to call anyone else!

We have used JB many times throughout the years, and it only occurred to me to Unilocal them as I reviewed everyone we dealt with on a recent trip. JB is as good as it gets for livery service. The drivers are courteous, cautious drivers, and always on time. The vehicles are always in great shape and clean. We love that Bachelor Party bus; it nicely fits all 6 of us and all our bags.
I throw around 5 Star reviews like manhole covers, so I hope this gets them more business.
