Very cluttered appearance but fixed our tv quickly and for a reasonable price. We took our tv into the store so I can’t speak to their in home service.

1 star is even too much for this company. They came to repair my TV, took a part out and they claim the part is on back order, and its been over a year! Asked them what I should do with my TV, and haven’t gotten any response back.

Very disappointing customer service! Went in to the run down shop clutter everywhere. Manager or owner ignored our presence for almost five minutes. From the get go he didn’t want the business and made that clear. We were looking to get a small TV repaired our son uses at college. He was insulting to my husband. We finally said thanks for your time and left. He could not get back on his phone call soon enough. The business’s does not know how to make customers who are the reason you have a business a priority! Would not recommend them. Read the online reviews I would believe the negative ones now that I’ve experienced it first hand.

I called for a repairman to come to my home to look at my t.v., we made the appointment. The appointment was for a Friday 11 – 1. I took off from work. No repairman showed up. Called for another appointment. Made the appointment for a week later. I called the day before the appointment. They had not recorded the appointment. The manager said they had no record of the appointment and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I can only imagine what kind of repair they would have done. I went to another business. They came the same day I called.
