The quality of the work here is good but the prices are outrageous and customer service is lacking. The employee took my payment by writing my credit card information down on a scrap of paper right in front of me and was not going to give me a receipt until I asked. She emailed it to me afterwards. I was charged $ 120 to get music on a cassette to a CD. They split each side of the cassette onto 2 CDs and charged me $ 10 FOR EACH CD. They cost like a penny each. I just think that is outrageous and would have gone to the shop down the street but he moved. Oh well.
