David has over 10 years of extensive experience in property management and renovations, general constructions and carpentry, electrical work. To date, he continues to manage a sister company, RD Mendez Services, a rental properties and property renovations. Besides working in New Jersey, David has also worked for several restaurant owners in New York City in charge of creative theme design,
