When I gave up contact lenses forever, the last thing I wanted was boring glasses. I wanted fashion forward eyewear. I found them at Specs… that was about four pairs ago. Norma is great and will find you a pair that works for your face. Chris helped me with my latest pair. The new prescription made me seasick! He immediately called the eye doctor and figured out what would work better. Their service is thoughtful and patient. You wear your eyeglasses every single day for years. Your eyes are precious. Get the best and most competent people to help you. You are not going to find this kind of service at LenseCrafters!

Agree with the prior review that Marc is very professional and courteous. Specs is likely more expensive but you get great service.

This review is ONLY for Marc — only. He is *******5********** STARS. Hands down. Go to him directly for your optical needs. The store itself has a boring, staid collection of the same old, same old. Only once in about ten years did I find a pair I loved: pink heart Chanel glasses. I keep returning to get prescriptions filled on the glasses I find around the world by Marc directly. You can also consult with him on cutting edge frames you see in fashion magazines and he can order for you. He’s got a fabulous sense of style with a pulse on the latest and greatest. These styles will not be in the boring store, however. Go to Marc… go to him.

I went in for a pair of eyeglasses and looked around for about 10 minutes none of the employees acknowledged me. I ended up elsewhere for the same glasses that I would have bought at Specs and the other store took my Vision plan. Specs is part of a larger company, I guess they didn’t need my business.
