I’ve been on hold with their «Rapid Response Hotline» for 45 minutes. As per usual I keep being routed to their «Message Center» because they say every support rep is busy. Ultimate Software has the most awful support on the planet. No matter how pressing the issue, they are only trained to apologize, take a message, pretend to care, and promise that somebody will be «with you shortly». My entire experience with Ultimate Software has been one of frustration because they constantly over promise and under deliver.
** UPDATE **
I finally did get to speak with somebody who was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly. However, before I was transferred to the support rep, I was on hold for quite a while with the Message Center rep. While on hold I decided to talk to myself about what awful support Ultimate Software provides its customers. I had not so nice things to say. As it turns out, they record their calls. They record their calls WITHOUT letting you know that «this call may be recorded for training purposes (or something like that)», BUT this review isn’t about them being shady. This is about them having awful support. Anyway, here is the kicker… instead of working on their awful customer support process, they took their ever-​so-​valuable time (that can’t be used to actually, gasp, provide support) to send a recording of my on-​hold rant to my boss. I should have kept my rant classy, but I didn’t. I used foul language.
Oh yeah… Florida has a two-​party consent LAW. This means that I needed to provide consent in order to be recorded.

I used UltiPro briefly with a company that I interned for. I received every paycheck on time, and the application process/​onboarding portal was simple and easy. I’d recommend for other employees.

This Software and it’s customer service has got to be the absolute worst. There is always something wrong with something. And not trying to be funny, but I really do believe they just pull answers out of the air sometimes, because their responses make absolutely no sense. I would not do business with them at ALL!
