Little Java’s Family Fun Center

We took my son here for his 2^nd birthday. We didn’t have a party, just took him and two friends for the open play. We went on a Friday around 1pm and it was empty except for about 5 other kids. My son loves the bouncy obstacle course, although I had to go through it with him many times. And the giant inflatable slide was awesome, at 2 years old he is big enough to climb up and slide down by himself. The only downside is the food, overpriced and not so good. I can’t comment on the birthday party facilities because we didn’t use those but everything else was great. We played for a few hours until school let out around 4pm and by then it was very crowded so we left. If you go, definitely go before school gets out to avoid the crowds.

So disappointed. We went for a bday party today at 2 pm. The kids had a blast like always & the party attendant was very nice & did her job well. My issue is that my 4 yo daughter slipped & fell hitting her face on a bench in the party room. She was running in her socks. I informed the manager, but didn’t fill out an incident report. My intention was to put them on notice of possible liability. My daughter will have a bruise on her cheek but someone else can be really hurt. The bday girl also fell & hit her elbow.
When we were leaving my daughter passed right by the check out. I had to call her back. Even then, no one even noticed she was by herself. Again we passed right by check out & no one even checked our bracelets. Again, another liability issue. I understand there was a long line of sign ins as we were leaving but that’s not acceptible.

Free for little ones up to 12 months and adults in the toddler zone! Took my son to the little toddler
Zone and he had a blast. It was clean. The staff are young and unprofessional but my kid had a blast!

The people walking on the floor are rude, and not very nice to the kids. My kids went down the slide, and the guy working there was like ok move out of the way! Im like really that’s how you speak to a toddler? As far as the dress code goes! There is none. A women there with her kids was wearing short short shorts and was sliding down the big slide with her son and she put her leg up and basically everything was showing, classless. They used to have disposable socks, they don’t anymore. You have to purchase regular socks for 2 $ even if you’re not playing inside. I will not be coming back. The staff is extremely rude, and really don’t watch the kids. They are young and have absolutely no people skills.

This is by far the best place for kids! I have taken my daughter to a few other places… and I liked little Java the best! It’s so cool how they have a toddler area! My daughter and niece always have a great time there. :)

Terrible service and inexperienced staff members. We had our baby’s one year old birthday party there and thankfully he won’t remember but we will. Our party attendant was late with decorating our room on time. We arrived 20 minutes before party started and room was locked with only plates on the table. When we got in the room the party attendant hadn’t used any of the décor we personally purchased for our party. She forgot we had ordered 15 balloons. When guests arrived she was still decorating and just bringing out water. The room looked empty, cake table was half done and then we reminded her of the balloons, and she brought out 9… we purchased 15! The food hadn’t been ordered she was just setting up the chips and dip (mind you all of this is happening as guests continue to arrive creating a totally awkward and tense environment). When we wanted to sing happy birthday she forgot we ordered the lion to come out, and thankfully I remembered to remind her before our son missed that moment. She was in and out doing absolutely nothing. If I would have known she wasn’t going to have anything set up I would have gladly gone one or two hours prior and would have decorated myself and created a special environment for our one year old, family and friends. But I understood that’s why we were paying people to take care of the stressful process of setting up. I was wrong. At the end of the party she bagged (stuffed carelessly) all of the décor we bought and she also forgot to put back a few decorations that were still sealed and unopened in the bag. She forgot to use some of the décor we personally purchased, and we forgot about them, having been distracted and frustrated with her horrible service.
If you decide to do a party at little javas, please, please request an experienced party assistant or try finding a place that will cater to your needs and who specially has plenty of customer skills and common sense (competent).
I also need to mention the fact that the staff is mainly all teens. They barely ever smile or show politeness. The biggest concern were the two kids (one who WAS underage) supervising the most dangerous attraction. They throw a harness on you and a safety line attached to the track above you. They show no care or concern of the possible dangers. Mainly the safety line holding the child in the case they fall. They don’t care to adjust the length. They’re all longer than needed. If a child was to fall, the safety line is longer than needed, possibly causing them to hit the metal structures supporting the track 12ft up in the air.

I was going to give them five stars but it is little small. Very clean and well supervised. Also new equipment.

Visiting from out of town, and needed a place for my 2 year old to run around and burn some energy. It was a fast and easy check in, and I was prepared with socks since I read it on here earlier before coming. The place has a light faint aroma of stale urine that wasn’t cleaned up well. But besides that it is the perfect playground for my toddler to run and play.

Ordered a hot dog for my daughter and the place was empty. Had to remind them twice to bring the food to us. The hot dog had been done for a while and they were just talking and forgot about us. Not cool. They need to pay attention to every food order.

Took my 6 yr old here with his little baby cousin and it was pretty neat. I liked it better than monkey joe’s.the place was very clean and well maintained. They also had a section for wall climbing and rope climbing. They have I believe it was 3 bounce houses which I felt was enough. My son loves the section where you shoot some targets with foam balls. There was also a cafeteria with some pretty good food. I had the pesto chicken panini and it came with a small salad. They also had a lot of beverage and snacks options. The only thing I would say that I didn’t like and I understand the staff are young but I feel they were not really paying attention. A lot of the times they were talking among each other and when I approached 2 of them to find out who would assist my child with the rock climbing they were laughing and trying to pick whose turn it was. I was a little put off by that. I imagine it’s not the best job but if you work there just do it that’s what you get paid to do… Other than that I definitely recommend.

We got there right at 930. They have a new promotion to open at 9:30 instead of later in the day. They open the place at 935. And then it takes 15 minutes for everything to be ready. If you are going to open at 930, have it ready to open at 9:30. But they weren’t even there on time. And none of the games have tickets even though you supposedly win tickets for the games and my son can get something. And used bandaids were in the bounce houses. At least sanitize and clean when you have that many little kids on and off all day long! My son does love it because of what it is. But I am sure he will love it the same somewhere else that is better IMO. Anyways, it is convenient because I live in Weston but I recommend going elsewhere!

Now for the sad news: staff is woefully unprofessional. For a kids place you would think they would be a tiny bit better trained with dealing with balls-​of-​energy and anxious parents who only want their kids to have a great time while at Little Java’s.
I bring my kids here at least every other weekend, and every other week I am dealing with an incompetent multi-​tasker who does a half-​ass job while they’re at it. Folks, please, I just want to pay for my little ones, sign the check, get the colorful wrist bands on and go! Instead, the checkout person is fielding questions from the people behind me, answering the phone all the while trying to resolve an issue on the computer.
(Last time I was slammed with a double bill, simply because the checkout person swiped to fast, and the computer froze. Swiped again, and didn’t tell me I was being overcharged.)
Very dreadful experience! I literally have to stand there for what seems an all too long of a time, when all my kids want to do be off to the races. As they should!
Also, please tell your staff to smile a little, just a little, and say thank you every now and then. I am giving you my money, the best you can do is be a bit friendlier.
Is that too much to ask?

This place is so much fun for kids and for their adults… Only thing that blows is you can’t come here without a kid! Growing up I had Discovery Zone which was a huge indoor playground but it never had bounce houses! This place is great for parties or just if you wanna bring the little one (s) to have a blast!
It’s clean, fun and cool. Prices vary slightly by age but it’s definitely boat loads of fun!

This was a good place to have my son’s 3^rd birthday party. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We will for sure be going back!

My son likes this place but at least one of the employees sucks. He has been over charging my nanny for at least 3 visits because my son is taller than normal kids his age. I told her that the price wasn’t right when I saw the receipts but she argued with me that it was the price. The last time she took him back another female employee charged the correct price do my nanny realizing she had been over charged. I told her to go back and talk to the guy who’s been over charging her. Maybe he will allow my son to get in for free one time to make up for it. He refused. This is really irritating. I don’t care if it’s only $ 6 I over paid. Why should I have to over pay for the same service that other kids pay less for?

When I first walked into this place, it was much smaller than I’d imagined. However, the kids LOVE it! Rock wall, sky trail and bounce houses. There are some arcade games Inside the main part but my kids never play with those. There is also a café and an actual arcade outside of the main playroom.
The food is pretty good considering this is a kid place, no microwaved nacho cheese here.
Edited to add: They have removed the arcade and replaced it with a toddler room. It’s a great little place for the littlest ones who are easily overwhelmed by the noise and activity in the main room to escape. There are still arcade games in the main room.

I here because of a birthday birthday. It’s actually pretty nice. I don’t like to go to these bounce house places because they seem to be not so clean looking but this one is nice and classy.

I give this place 2 stars because although my 2 year old son had a blast I had a terrifying experience that I had nightmares about for days after. I brought my son and my good friends 2 year old daughter to play at little javas. I am pregnant so getting in and out of the bounce houses is not the easiest. I got in the first 2 with them and by the 3^rd one they seemed comfortable enough to go in by themselves. I, of course, followed them around the outside of the bounce house looking from the outside in just to make sure everything was ok. This bounce house was more like a maze with about 5 ft walls and such to guide you through. While talking to them through one of the netted parts of the bounce house, all of the sudden a 200 lbs 15 year old flew over one of the walls and landed on top of both my kids. I couldn’t even see them under him. I ran in the bounce after them. They were screaming at the top of their lungs. This scared me so much as I would assume it would scare any mother watching their 2 year old kids getting crushed by a huge teenager. They were fine and the teenager left with his parents but I thought I would be fine letting my kids play while I (sort of) relaxed but I won’t make that mistake again. I’m glad my babies were ok and I’m also glad I was not in there with him as if he were to have landed on me and my baby in my belly who knows what would have happened. Very scary but OTHER than that they had a fun time. I might bring my son back with his dad so that he can protect him. Just want to warn all the mothers out there!
Also, no manager came out to make sure everything was ok. The staff came over to help but they were all in high school or maybe home for summer from college. Just thought maybe after this a manager would want to make sure my kids were ok.

Great experience with a birthday party rental!
I rented the giraffe room for my goddaughter’s first birthday party last month. We had a great experience overall.
1. Reservations– there is a $ 20 discount if you book online. I reserved in person and forgot about the discount. When I got home, I called them and they honored the discount and applied it to my account.
2. Selecting party items– room, food, decorations, etc. Ana was very helpful in helping me determine what I should buy for my party. She gave me great tips on how to save money and what was worth buying and what wasn’t. Note that outside food is not allowed, with the exception of chips and dip. I opted for pizza for the kids and parents and at $ 15 per pizza, I thought it was a good deal. They order Papa John’s pizza, it is served hot and as soon as it arrives.
3. Party hostess– you’re assigned a party hostess for your event. She decorated the room very nicely, was organized, friendly and very helpful. She ran the party very efficiently and on time. A gratuity for the hostess is suggested, I believe it was 10% of the total of the party.
4. Play area is amazing! There were many bounce houses and activities for the children to play with. All areas seemed clean and rather new. This place does not have the dingy moldy Chuck E Cheese smell! Even our one year old birthday girl had fun playing with blocks and toys — plenty to do for every age group. Even my BF and I did the sky bridge… it was tons of fun! Everyone needs to wear socks so ensure that both the adults and kids know ahead of time. For those that forget, socks are sold at the café for $ 2 a pair.
Party room rentals are only for 2 hours. This is pretty standard at every place I researched but I wish it were longer. The 2 hours flew by. I would definitely recommend Little Javas for a party!

I decided to make the 30 minute trip here from Miami to check this place out. I’m always looking for new indoor playgrounds for my 2 year old. On first impression walking in the place looked really clean like I would expect from Weston. The price for my son was $ 8.43 with tax which is reasonable. After we went inside the play area I was a little disappointed with the choices. There’s several bounce houses, a little area with 2 slides for little kids, some foam blocks, and about 4 – 5 different activity toys hanging on the walls. My son was bored within a half hour.
Since I was hungry I ordered the chicken bacon ranch panini which definitely tasted fresh although the bacon was not in strips but sort of minced and there was no taste of ranch at all.
The employees, although not rude by any means did not seem too thrilled about being there. I understand it’s a job but you are working in a kids place and a little enthusiasm would of been nice.
Overall it’s not a terrible place and worth the money, we however probably won’t be making a return.
