Since I started my business three years ago I have had over 100 frames done by Alan Freed and his team at Jazz Framing. Alan is one of the most creative, caring and honest people I have met in South Florida. If you are moving from one style home to another, he will find a way to make any picture fit the décor. If you need any type of mirror work, look no further. Finally, if you need help hanging anything, Alan will come out himself. I can’t recommend him enough.

This is a great frame shop! I had a lot of old prints and they did a wonderful job show-​casing these items. They worked with me so that we arrived at a price my wife and I could live with. And when I picked up the frames — they were fantastic! Really a superb job! I recommend Jazz framing to anyone who wants great service, quality, and value.

I’ve had about half a dozen pieces framed here over the years and have been extremely happy with the quality and the excellent service. You hear so much about negative customer experiences, that I want to share an extremely positive one that I had this week with owner Alan. Almost 10 years ago I paid to have a large painting of red poppies framed by Jazz Framing in Weston. It’s an ornate frame and it was very expensive for me. But it is one of my favorite pieces from my mother, she is the artist. Recently, I noticed the painting literally sliding down in the frame! I called up the frame shop, and the owner Alan not only told me that brown paper and tape used on the back to hold it into the frame would be replaced, but that he would personally pick it up and drop it back off when it was done. There would be NO CHARGE for this, as they pride themselves on happy customers and delivering quality. Just as he promised, he brought it back today, and it is now back on my wall above the piano. Now THAT was extraordinary customer service. Guess where I am going tomorrow morning to have my daughter’s senior photo framed?
