So far i have got a small area laser treatment done from here. very clean, hygienic and has a good atmosphere. I have been happy with the treatment so i purchased 2 large areas too, lets see how that goes! i have high expectations!
EDIT: 5 underarm treatments later. hair growth is still the same!!! and i have very fair skin and dark hair so it shouldve worked atleast a little bit. Have only had one full leg session so cant say anything about that yet

I have been using Bio Vital Spa for three years. They are helpful, courteous and always friendly. I am never disappointed with my results. The place is very clean. They also carry many excellent products.

The spa is immaculate and always super clean. The staff is really friendly and always helpful. I started seeing results as quick as my first session. I was nervous about this whole process being this was my first hair removal but they have made the whole process much easier. Definitely recommend.

I initially purchased a groupon here for underarm removal. I have since continued to use them for other laser hair removal areas. I’m very happy with the results. They are courteous, friendly and professional. I love it here!

First visit. I am not a «Casual» spa — goer. I know my way around a spa as I am a licensed massage therapist for 16 years and have received many facials and massages in the US and in other countries. So I am choosier than the average patron walking into an establishment. Bio Vital was clean, Carolina is dually licensed esthetician and massage therapist so I knew she was going to be good. She is a seasoned professional (20 years and asked questions beforehand and during to «check — in». Not too many questions like I’ve had has some people who are unsure of themselves but the amount necessary to do the job and for a good facial. At the end there was only one product recommendation which was not pushy but appropriate. I had a similar product at home already but had forgotten about it so I did not purchase. I hope that Carolina gets some sort of credit or «atta girl» for this review. Good people are hard to find and deserve appreciation. I will be back!

Dr. Almonte is fantastic. He always takes his time explaining and never makes you feel rushed. I’ve been to other med spas in town, and no one is more knowledgeable and caring than Dr. Almonte and his staff!

I love Biovital! Dr. Almonte always does an awesome job. I just had Dysport done again. I always recommend him to everyone.

A great first session to kick off my laser hair removal treatment. I was a little nervous about to potential pain level, but it was surprisingly fine! 100 times better than waxing! Friendly staff and clean sleek office. Overall a good experience. Looking forward to seeing the results soon :)

I’ve been coming to Biovital Medspa for many different services and I have no complaints. I just had restalyne silk for my lips and my lips look perfect. The dr did a great job and highly recommend him.

Very nice med spa! Velashape 3 works very well for cellulite. I have seen noticeable results after 2 treatments! Very caring technician. I recommend it!

I love this place. I have had several treatments here including laser hair removal, Velashape, and facial. Ana is my go to person here. She does an amazing job and is super nice and knowledgeable. She explains everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. I have had laser hair removal in other places before but have had the best results with Ana. I have just started doing Velashape so can’t really rate the effectiveness yet. But it is painless and actually a bit relaxing. Facial with Itala was amazing as well. She really did a nice job with extractions and my skin was so smooth after. Very happy with the service here.

The service was good but the customer service was horrible. I received a laser removal package of 6 for $ 99 as a gift from a friend. I went in for my third treatment and the lady said she cannot find my file. So I go on to explain I’ve been there three times before and the package was a gift. I had used my name and all of my personal information so there shouldn’t have been a mix up. 20 minutes later she finds my file and says I only have one session left because I’ve missed two and didn’t call. She then went on to say you cannot share or gift packages; which made no sense because this is mentioned no where on the groupon. The problem here is that there’s no way I could’ve missed them because I do not recall scheduling them and furthermore I got no call notifying me of an appointment or a confirmation email. I only received ⁴⁄₆ sessions due to poor communication and in organization.

Everyone at BioVital is wonderful… very congenial atmosphere, spotless and professional… highly recommended.

I purchased a 6 treatment laser hair removal for 99.00. I still have lots of dark hair on the area treated. It simply did not work. Waste of 100.00!

Maybe things have gotten better in the last year because so far 2 visits and no complaints, the staff is really friendly. I found them through a Groupon deal I purchased for my underarms. Prices are reasonable. Second visit and last time I shaved my underarms was ⁹⁄₄ and still no hair. I LOVE IT!

I started coming here on a recommendation of a friend who also purchased a groupon for laser hair removal. The treatments have been working and my armpits are basically completely hairless after 5 treatments. I have also had a facial and it was excellent. I will say that not all of the laser technicians are good. Carolina is by far the best and I have had the best results with the least amount of skin irritation when I book appointments with her.

Oh the things we put ourselves through as women. Want to laser off all your body hair from the neck down? Yeah sounds like oodles of fun!
In actuality, laser hair removal is not *that* bad. Really, it isn’t. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but even still, I’d say that getting a wax hurts much more than getting lasered and if I had to chose, I would probably pick getting laser hair removal over going to the dentist– if that gives you any means of comparison. I did alot of research before picking a place to go for my laser hair removal, and at Bio Vital, they use the Candela GentalMax model which is said to be the top of the line and most effect laser on the market right now. It also has a «cooling» effect which I think probably attributes to how bearable the treatment is. My sister had laser hair removal done about 5 years ago and she said the pain was pretty intense, but the technology has come a long way since then, and yeah, it certainly doesn’t feel great to have the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation throwing little daggers at your hair follicles, but it’s totally worth it to NEVER have to shave or wax again. And as an added bonus, your skin gets softer and silkier too, and you just feel like a smooth bald baby butt all over!
As far as the facility, Bio Vital is clean/​hygienic, which was highest on my list of non-​negotiables. It is somewhat difficult to get someone on the phone there, but they do have an appointment system online, or you can schedule your next appointment while there. The desk staff is friendly and personable and the laser technician is very sweet and doesn’t make you feel weird about that fact that she is all up in your business and getting personal with your no-​nos. She explains to you how the laser works and what level of pain you should be experiencing and all that good stuff, making the process the least intimidating it can be.
They have other treatments here too, non of which I can personally vouch for, but as far as laser hair removal goes, I definitely recommend Bio Vital.
